On March 26, a caviar feast was held in the bright spring-like Guangzhou: 2023 Kaluga Caviar Food Map · Guangzhou Station.
The caviar feast will be held at Sui Ji Yard, a place that combines life with the down-to-earth atmosphere of oriental aesthetics.
The banquet tasting menu that night was jointly created by the Sanyan Pavilion team of Hangzhou Zixuan Resort led by Mr. Yu Bin and the team led by Mr. Huang Jinghui, the head chef of [Shiyue Restaurant].
The dinner started with a selection of three classic and unique Kaluga caviar aged 8, 9 and 10 years, paired with Moët Hennessy wines.
