I highly recommend the Zhongshan braised pigeon at Tanghuangge Chinese Restaurant. The skin is crispy and the pigeon meat is tender and juicy. The price is good, and it is much better than the specialty Wanlixiang roast chicken! Following the waiter's suggestion, four people ordered the mini fish head Buddha jump over the wall. As expected, the portion was amazing. The Qiandao Lake fish head was airlifted, and the side dishes were abalone, prawns, sea cucumbers, fish balls, goose feet and other fresh goods from land, sea and air.
