A friend recommended the restaurant as having the best kangaroo in Sydney. We had never tried it before. The kangaroo skewer was very good. The waiter recommended we order it rare, and I was skeptical since I'm not fond of rare meat. However, it tasted perfectly cooked. I also really enjoyed the broccolini and truffle mac and cheese. I needed to ask whether there was a vegetable, since it wasn't on the menu.
