The first impression when entering the store is exquisite and delicate. The corners, cash registers, crafts display areas, and photo shooting areas all reflect the good intentions of the merchants. The lobby area is particularly impressive. 7 or 8 mahogany solid wood boards are not used as tea drinking and leisure areas but dining areas. I instantly feel the thickness, solidity and luxury of the store. I think I am a person who likes to drink tea. It is really indescribable, complex, and bitter.
With the mentality of appreciating the beautiful scenery first, I went around the entire food garden and found many novel and interesting places. After leaving the lobby and crossing a tree-lined path, there is a row of pavilion-style private rooms next to it. The overall structure is made of bamboo and wood with green plants and vines. It is elegant and quiet. Each private room has a different atmosphere. Each private room can see the surging Liusha River. It is still a word beautiful!
Through the private room is the bathroom area. Based on the familiar environment, I checked it. When I entered the door, I was greeted by a strong and refreshing fragrance instead of a bad smell. It smelled particularly good. It can be said that the bathroom of this restaurant has taken care of everything from the detail design to the customer experience, from the lighting angle to the special pottery jars of the intangible cultural heritage of water collection, the DIY murals on the wall, and the embellishment of potted green plants. The word is fine!
Looking out of the door, there is a large piece of land with crops planted in the river. It is green. I asked the waiter with doubts. The waiter replied that the large piece of land below also belongs to the restaurant. They planted more than 10 kinds of crops and vegetables. They are basically self-sufficient and natural. It was also revealed that there were more than 2,000 moringa trees planted in the land. The main dish promoted this season is moringa. With a naive idea, I had only heard of moringa seeds. Could moringa be edible? So I made up my mind to try it.
So I started to choose the location area, lobby and private room, and I was struggling fiercely. I wanted to feel the heavy and solid mahogany table or experience the refreshing scenery by the river. After a struggle, I chose the private room by the river. I thought that I could drink tea after dinner. Can't I see the big board in Banna? I was instantly mentally balanced.
Then I ordered the menu in a graphic style, plus the new product list of the moringa series. I first ordered a moringa soup and moringa omelette, Dai-style pineapple rice, other barbecue platters, Dai-style boiled rice noodles, grilled fish, fried banana flowers, etc., and started eating. First of all, moringa, two words are unique, clear water moringa, natural fragrance, sweet soup, moringa is refreshing and endless aftertaste, and other pineapple rice, platters, etc. are just right, the plating is very delicate, and the rice noodles are super full, which is in line with the authentic Dai flavor. By the way, there is another important point. The merchant also gave away Dai-style glutinous rice cakes, which are sweet and soft, and leave a lingering fragrance. It is very delicious.
