Raw beef tartare, delicious! It is a dish specially recommended by the boss. Raw beef is mixed with cheese, egg liquid and special sauce, stirred and spread on bread. The bread slices are crispy, and the beef is very fresh and tender, without any fishy smell.

The Western restaurant of Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur also serves the buffet breakfast in the morning. It is a restaurant with a view. I ordered a large tomahawk steak, which was well cooked, but the bone part was a little tough. The squid rings were delicious.

On the 38th floor of the Grand Hyatt Hotel, reservations are required in advance. The scenery is superb. You can see the landmark Twin Towers and various city landscapes. There will be a candlelight dinner after nightfall. The simple egg fried rice is added with shrimp and caviar, which is very delicious. The smooth tofu and minced chicken are mixed with the aroma of sauce and taste great. The most amazing thing is the signature dessert, which is served on site. The dry ice smoke is very romantic. The center of the cake mixed with chocolate is poured with toffee sauce. The banana ice cream tastes great together. Macarons of different flavors are mixed with shaved ice of different flavors. Macarons are not sweet at all and taste perfect.

Located on the 38th floor of the Hyatt Hotel, the restaurant faces the Twin Towers, and the environment and landscape are impeccable. As the New Year is approaching, I tried several Chinese dishes. The color, aroma and taste are worthy of the standards of a five-star hotel. The taste is not inferior even if it is placed in China. There are no other disadvantages except that the price is a little expensive.

The restaurant's view is really great, it's high above the ground, and the dining environment is really impeccable. The waiter professionally arranged a window seat for us. We had our meal while listening to music, which was a real treat. The food was beautiful and delicious, and the desserts were unique. I will go there again.

This restaurant at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is located on the 38th floor with an unbeatable view. It is close to the Petronas Twin Towers. It is a great experience to enjoy the food while quietly admiring Kuala Lumpur's landmark buildings. The service is very attentive, but the cocktails here are more expensive.
