TongQingLou (Wanda) Review

Came on November 1, 2013. I came to Nanjing for a business trip and lived at Hilton, and I was looking for a place to eat in the nearby Wanda. Tongqing Building is also a time-honored brand with nearly 100 history, but now the dishes are relatively rich, and the signature dishes of major cuisines can meet the needs of different diners. I ordered a few randomly, the taste is very good, no wonder there are many people.

Tongqing Building, the main Anhui cuisine, was originally opened on the southwest side of Xinjiekou Square. Now the brand is opened and I don't know how many inheritances and contacts. Wanda Plaza is on the fourth floor and there are many private rooms. The dishes are closer to the local Beijing-Su flavor, of course, the signs of stinky salmon are still there, as long as the sales are good, where to care about what cuisine.

Tongqing Building is an old-fashioned restaurant, the dishes taste very good, the restaurant environment is also good, many family gatherings are dining here. The dishes should be mainly dishes, Tongqing Xiaolongbao is good, and the meat filling tastes very good.

The Tongqing Building of Hexi Wanda Plaza is on the 4th floor (should be a bit vague, hehe) The first floor is theirs. There is a hall and a private room. It is very suitable for banquets and overall the price is more suitable there.

This home-cooked dish is mainly large, delicious, and the environment is very good. The gold-medal braised pork is super delicious, sweet, oversized, lean meat is tight and delicious, fat and not greasy. Tongqing Xiaolongbao, the noodles are very thick, salty and exquisite. Huizhou salmon head, fish meat is quite a lot, fish balls are also chewy, delicious.

As a time-honored restaurant, it should adhere to the service-oriented service concept. The lobby is large, there are many private rooms, and the decoration is not bad.
