The restaurant was transformed from the owner's own cave. It used to be a stable. The niche on the wall is where the horse grass is placed. There is a small hole next to the niche, which is used to tie the horse. It is very interesting.
The food is also very delicious. It is the first Turkish dish I have eaten in the past few days. We ordered a 7-course mixed appetizer, a beef main course, a soup, and drank traditional Cappadocia red wine.
I recommend this restaurant. It is only open at night, so please make an appointment in advance.
