Tsujisushi Kaiseki Japanese Cuisine Review

As for the dishes, I liked the oysters as an appetizer, and I just ate the other three. The fresh jellyfish was very appetizing, and the soup tasted a little bit strong, so remember to clean your mouth after drinking it; the sashimi bluefin trout was really fat-rich, and it was very delicious after being aged for nearly 10 days. The others were just average.

A great Kaiseki cuisine experience. The ingredients, cooking methods, tableware, environment and service are all pursued to the extreme.
