Unic - Hotel Migjorn Ibiza Suites & Spa Review

This restaurant is indeed a unique experience in Ibiza. David, the Chef offers an amazing cuisine using local products and inspired by the local culture prepared with undeniable skills. The result is a delight at every dish of the set course menu. The wine pairing choice was also excellent and the service is impeccable. Although surprising given the location, this may be one of the best dining experiences on the island.

Unic restaurant delivers exactly what it says on the tin. Great effort. Well done to all the team there. Great evening.

Lovely chill place in the middle of the crazy. Food is good and gorgeous.Cost is fair. Would go again!

The presentation and ambiance were excellent. There were nice dishes and a large variety of dishes that highlighted Ibiza. My issue was the server did not know the dishes. Couldn’t explain the dishes at all. That was a disappointment for a 1 star.
