URANOS SARIKAYA cave restaurant is famous all over the world. The entrance of the cave restaurant is also very grand. The reliefs and murals on the wall inside, under the warm light, look mysterious and strange, as if entering the inside of a pyramid. We enjoyed a three-course meal with local specialties, and the main dish was braised beef in a clay pot.

The first day of lunch in Turkey, the cave restaurant Uranos & Sarikaya, very personal, there is a person playing the piano in the center of the round restaurant, probably Turkish characteristics, did not see the small table, so it can be seen that they are all receiving tour groups, no individual guests.

A good place for brunch, just at the intersection, the internal environment is very good, classical style. The food is good, the price is small, 100 per person. Salmon caviar pancakes taste good. Come to a cup of coffee, there are not many people on Saturday morning. There is wifi in the store.

I saw this restaurant on Lonely Planet and wanted to eat there during the red tour, but later I booked a private tour with meals included, so I didn't expect to eat there. I didn't expect the travel agency to book this restaurant for us. The name of the restaurant is the name of Zeus' father. The decoration in the restaurant is in Hittite style, and there are local music performances. The service staff are all dressed in black. It's rare to see so many waitresses in a Turkish restaurant. The food is a set meal, which tastes good, but the drinks are charged separately. There are basically no Chinese groups here, but there are quite a few Korean groups.

Uranos & Sarikaya is a cave restaurant in the small town of Avanos. The most famous dish is Turkey's famous beef in a clay pot. There are many rows of long tables inside. After the guests sit down one by one, they will perform a show, which is all their national singing and playing. I can't understand it, but it's very novel. Then they start to serve the roasted beef in a clay pot, with soup and meat from a big pot, each person gets a spoonful, the taste is not bad, a local specialty must try.

I took a group tour, flew from Pudong to Istanbul, and then transferred to Cappadocia. Because the previous flight was delayed, I had to change my transfer. So, this restaurant was my first stop to learn about Turkey. A special cave restaurant, the main dish is whole lamb. If you don't eat lamb, you can replace it with chicken or beef. The service is very good. In terms of taste, the lamb actually tastes good, but the chicken is just average and very dry. The hotel environment is great, and many people are taking pictures, which reflects the characteristics of the magical Cappadocia.

After visiting Turkey's "Tunnel Warfare", we had lunch at a nearby cave restaurant, which was a Cappadocia beef stew. The restaurant was very unique and large, a bit like a cave in northern Shaanxi, with dim lighting. The bread before the meal was delicious.
