The crayfish here are delicious, the meat is fresh and chewy, and seeing their shrimp roe is really a little surprise. Although the bamboo shrimp is not very big, it is very fresh. The seafood is very fresh, retaining the original flavor, and it is very well made.

There are many varieties of lobsters at Junlai InterContinental Hotel, including garlic, typhoon shelter, pickled pepper, iced, egg yolk, spicy, green pepper, thirteen spices... everything is available, there is always one that suits you.

I highly recommend this restaurant because not only is the environment elegant, but the dishes are really good. It feels a bit like Cantonese cuisine. Their dim sum is very delicious. I especially recommend the shrimp dumplings, which are crystal clear.

Because it is a luxury five-star hotel, they charge a 10% service charge and a 6% tax. This increases the price by 16%. The taste is OK. But it suffers from the common problems of five-star hotels - slow serving and few waiters.

The environment is quite elegant, a bit luxurious, and the decoration is very Chinese. The hairy crabs are very delicious, and the tools for eating crabs are also complete, giving a feeling of very high-quality crabs.
