Xi'an Restaurant (Bell Tower Branch) is a restaurant located in the courtyard of Bell Tower Hotel on South Street, Beilin District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. It is an internationally renowned restaurant, a time-honored Chinese brand, and one of the first batch of intangible cultural heritage protection units in Shaanxi Province and Xi'an City. It is world-famous for its "authentic Shaanxi cuisine" and "Shaanxi flavor". It has now become a comprehensive hotel integrating catering, accommodation, entertainment, business, shopping, tourism, and food industry.

Xi'an Restaurant is a representative restaurant of Shaanxi cuisine, one of the eight major cuisines in China. It serves authentic Shaanxi cuisine. If you come to Xi'an, it would be a pity if you don't go to Xi'an Restaurant to taste the authentic Shaanxi cuisine! The location and environment of the Bell Tower Restaurant are very good, elegant and quiet.

I chose this restaurant the night before my trip to Xi'an, and I give it a score of 9.5! The food is delicious and tasty, and the local characteristics of Shaanxi are basically covered. After tasting it, it is worth the price! The only "disadvantage" is that the waiting time is too long - but this is both a disadvantage and an advantage. It once again shows that it can be called local food! Suggestion: Since there are many people waiting, seats can be arranged on both sides of the door for guests to rest, and broadcasts can be arranged. If conditions permit, an LCD scrolling screen can be set up, so that many guests will not crowd at the small front desk after receiving the number, and the staff will not have to shout repeatedly!

After a few days of eating snacks in Xi'an, we decided to go to Xi'an Restaurant on the last night. As expected, this restaurant was recommended by the tour guide in the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. The dishes were very good, especially the gourd chicken, which was very crispy. The three of us practiced the "Clean Plate" campaign, which brought this trip to Xi'an to a perfect end. I think I will go there again in the future. It's delicious.

I came here because of its reputation. I did a travel guide before coming to Xi'an and saw that the dishes of this restaurant are very good, so I had a big meal here after arriving in Xi'an. First of all, the environment is very stylish, the attitude of the waiter is very good, and he reminded me that the dishes I ordered are enough. The most important thing is the dishes, whether it is gourd chicken or lamb chops, they are all delicious. Even the steamed bun, roujiamo, and biang biang noodles are very considerately small portions. The taste must be given a thousand thumbs up. I will come to Xi'an Restaurant when I come to Xi'an in the future, because I think it can represent the catering culture of Xi'an and is very distinctive.

The restaurant is easy to find, just behind the Bell Tower Hotel. It seems to be a long-established restaurant. I ate here for two consecutive days and it was pretty good. The signature Hulu Chicken is actually like Dezhou Braised Chicken, which feels a bit salty. Waist shreds are a knife-cut dish, but the taste is far worse than the way we cook them in Chengdu. The plum ribs are the sweet and sour ribs that we don't cook very well in Chengdu. In fact, the snacks are quite outstanding, especially the whistle noodle persimmon cake and the jujube paste. I ate them twice and ordered a few more each time. The attitude of the waiter is quite good, not as described in the comments, it's quite good. It's about 70 per person, and we ordered a bit of waste. In general, it's a restaurant not to be missed.

The environment is very elegant, the door is very wide, the facade is grand, and the big characters of Xi'an Restaurant are also very old, written by Mr. Guo Moruo. The layout and seats inside are very artistic, and the occupancy rate is very high. Although it is not facing the street and is in the backyard of the hotel, it is also crowded. It really shows the signature of Xi'an Restaurant. The menu is full of classics of Northwest flavor. It's delicious, great. The stone pot jelly is really amazing, thumbs up. Roujiamo is small and exquisite with a unique taste. The crispy pork is also delicious. Delicious persimmon cakes and oil-splashed noodles. There are still many things I haven't tasted yet, looking forward to the next time.
