Since ancient times, there have been many scholars and number one scholars, so many dishes here are related to number one scholars. This roasted chicken was also named after the number one scholar. However, the sauce was placed in the middle, which was a bit strange. The roasted chicken was quite tender and fragrant, and it was good to eat without dipping sauce. But it was a bit dry, and my dad had bad teeth, so he couldn't eat it.

If it is replaced with stinky tofu, it will be steamed double stinky.
