YaBa ShengJian Review

I've heard of the famous Dumb Fried Dumplings for a long time. It seems that all friends who come to Suzhou have to try it. Although I'm a little bit nagging about famous restaurants, I can't help it (／_＼) I went there after lunch to avoid the peak hours. There were still many people and the business was really good. Fortunately, the taste was not disappointing. The fried dumplings were thin and crispy with soup. The beef vermicelli soup was especially conscientious. I highly recommend it. It's delicious and large in quantity. In short, it's a must-eat restaurant that I'm satisfied with₍˄·͈༝·͈˄*₎◞ ̑̑

The Linton Road store is probably near the tourist attraction and usually has to queue up. There are only eight on the menu. If you come alone or want to try the flavor, you can ask the boss for four. My vermicelli soup didn't have vermicelli in it, and the soup was salty. The pan-fried buns were similar to the ones I had at the Su'an store a few years ago, with a thick and crispy bottom, which was good. I personally think it would be sweet without vinegar. I bought Huahua at the door while queuing, 5 yuan a string and 8 yuan for 2 strings. The old man is old, so he took care of the business. The Huahua is super fragrant, and the air is fragrant.

The crab shell is not called yellow for nothing, but the filling is a little sweet, which is not something I am used to. 2. The noodles and vermicelli are both okay, but I feel thirsty when I drink too much soup. I drink water desperately, and it feels like too much MSG is added. 3. The environment is okay. 4. As for the service, it is best for two people to go, one to take a seat and the other to get food. The window seats downstairs are better than those upstairs.

Suzhou's most famous Shengjian restaurant is located near Pingjiang Road. There must be a queue. There are so many people queuing. I went there during the Mid-Autumn Festival and the queue was about 10-20 minutes. A plate of eight Shengjian costs 14 yuan. As breakfast, one person can eat three or four and be full. We ordered a plate of Shengjian and a bowl of beef vermicelli soup. The Shengjian is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is very affordable and lives up to its reputation. The beef vermicelli soup is a bit small. You can ask for free vermicelli soup at the window. Although there are so many people queuing, under the organization of the boss lady, everyone queues in an orderly manner. It is still quite good and worth visiting.

The reputation of Yaba Shengjian is quite good, and there are many people coming to eat. But the store is too small and there are obviously not enough seats. How to get there: After exiting Exit 4 of Linton Road Metro Station, walk straight forward (north) and you will arrive in about ten minutes. When you reach Guanqian Street, you have just walked half of the way. The store is on the left hand side of the forward direction. How is the price: one Shengjian = 8 Shengjian buns = 14 yuan. Other items are unknown. . . How is the taste: crispy and fragrant. The Shengjian just out of the pan is steaming hot, and the oil sizzles, which is really mouth-watering. Tips: You can buy half a portion of Shengjian. Don't eat the Shengjian just out of the pan too quickly to avoid scalding. Eating too much will make you sick. Don't buy too much for the first time to prevent waste. If you like it, you can come and try it.

It was raining on the day we went there, and it was not the peak dining time, but it did not affect the diners' interest in finding food at all. The long line stretched to the door. But I still had to eat when I came here. I bought the food and lined up to get the delicious food. I even got a view seat on the second floor. The Shengjian and vermicelli soup tasted really good~

We still had to queue up in a long line, which stretched all the way to the door. When we got to the end of the line, we were unwilling to just eat in the restaurant, so we ordered more to take home. This store also has shepherd's purse wontons, bubble wontons, beef vermicelli soup, etc., which I like very much, but the focus this time is undoubtedly the dumb pan-fried dumplings. Crispy and thin skin, the base with the right degree of char, and the sweet and delicious soup meat filling. Everyone is familiar with this: take a bite, slowly (remember) suck the soup, and then taste the meat filling, which is really a great enjoyment for the taste buds. This is not only a must-try delicacy when you come to Pingjiang Road, but also a masterpiece of Suzhou snacks.
