This restaurant has launched a lunch and dinner buffet, so I came here with my good friends to try it.
The business on weekends is not bad, and the meal time is basically full. It's best to make a reservation in advance, otherwise you may have to wait.
Xiaoya, I am really not interested in Sichuan cuisine, but I especially like Cantonese dim sum for dim sum. However, there are not many choices on this buffet menu, so I always feel that I didn't eat well and owe it.
In comparison, the dim sum buffets at the Hilton and Ritz-Carlton in Gaoxin are more to my taste.

[Red Rice Sausage]
Compared to the general rice rolls, I like this one more. Not only is the color beautiful, but the taste is also better, crispy and fragrant.
Their red rice sausage is well made, the skin is chewy and the shrimp filling is crispy and delicious, but there is chives in the middle.
If you don't like chives, Xiaoya, I still have to work hard to pull it out, haha.
[Steamed Chicken Feet with Soy Sauce] The chicken feet are still very fragrant, glutinous and soft. The bones fall off after a bite, but it's still the old problem, it's a bit oily;
[Chestnut Crisp] The filling in the middle is good, the chestnuts are crunchy and not very sweet, but the crispy skin is too thick;

[Minions] The custard buns are made in the shape of Minions, which are very unpalatable, dry and thick-skinned;
[Shanghai smoked fish] I like this kind of food with a little sweetness, cool and crispy, very suitable for summer;
[Sichuan Dandan noodles] I always feel that it is not so authentic, but the taste is okay;
[Yangzhi Ganlu] It is average, not as delicious as Lixuan, and needs to be improved. But it is worse than Shangri-La, haha.
【Mango Cheese Tart】If you are a heavy-flavored sweet lover, you will like this one, because the cheese flavor is really strong and greasy;
【Boiled Beef】I always feel that the soup is too thick. The soup is very thick, which affects the taste a bit, but the beef is still very tender;
