It was getting dark when we arrived at Muyu Town in Shennongjia. We hurried to find a place to have dinner. Since it was not the golden season yet, there were not many tourists in the town and the whole street was relatively quiet. Finally, we chose this restaurant with a strange name and a little popularity and ordered three dishes: the braised pork was a little greasy and the portion was small; the fried small fish was recommended by the boss, who said it was caught in the mountain stream. After biting it, it felt crispy and fragrant, and the meat was chewy, which was not bad; the side dish was a local wild vegetable, which I couldn't name, and was also recommended by the boss. At first, it felt a little bitter and not very delicious, but it tasted a little sweet as I ate it slowly, and it felt delicious. It was really a very strange taste! When I paid the bill, it was not expensive, with a bottle of local wine, it was a little over 100 yuan.
