YIN XIANG LAO ZAO TAI BIAO ZHI MEN DIAN Review

I was hiking in Zhangjiajie and it was my birthday, so I went to Impression Big Stove for a big meal. There were only 5 kinds of dishes. We ordered Sanxiaguo, which allows us to choose the dishes ourselves. We chose bacon, pork feet, and spare ribs. We also ordered frozen tofu fried dough sticks and cabbage, and Zhangjiajie beer. It was freshly made and tasted very good. The two of us ate a lot, but there were no discounts or offers on birthdays.

The taste is good, the spiciness is just right. The fish (black fish) grilled over wood fire is very fresh, this is the main dish, if it didn't have this gimmick, I guess it would be just average. The rest is just average.

Impression Old Stove (Signature Store), as the first stop in Zhangjiajie, after checking in at Country Garden Phoenix, I went directly to Wulingyuan Bus Station to transfer to Huanglong Cave. I saw this store in the direction of Wulingyuan Gate at Wulingyuan Bus Station. Later, I saw Impression Old Stove stores in Zhangjiajie City and near Huanglong Cave. It should be a relatively large restaurant chain in Zhangjiajie. The store is decorated in an antique style. Each table is a stove. If you order fish, you have to use that stove. The first stop is of course to try the three-pot. I ordered a Miao family three-pot. Later, I found that the ones near the scenic area are indeed scams. Compared with the ones in the city, they are a lot worse. Zhangjiajie Three-pot, also known as Tujia Three-pot. It is a "combination dish" made by stewing bacon, tofu, and radish in a pot. It tastes refreshing. Later, people called this dish "three-pot". In fact, it is simply a hodgepodge, but it is indeed very delicious. Lao Zao is a specialty. The main ingredient is eggs. I think the eggs here are particularly delicious. Xiangxi Tuofen, glutinous and chewy, with a slightly spicy taste. The fried corn and rice bowls served before the meal are also very unique.

When I passed by the door, I saw many people eating here, so I wanted to give it a try. It turned out to be quite good. I ate three pots, the three specialties of the old stove. The three pots had pig intestines, and the other dish had eggs and duck meat sitting together. It was a special combination and tasted good. I recommend it.

Chain restaurant, this one is near the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station, five large and two small, ordered five dishes, first: black fish, second: spring water tofu, third: three pot, the rest are average, total 400 yuan. The rice is not very delicious, I don't know if the rice here is like this.

The taste is good, authentic, affordable and delicious.
