YIN XIANG LAO ZAO TAI BIAO ZHI MEN DIAN Review

I was hiking in Zhangjiajie and it was my birthday, so I went to Impression Big Stove for a big meal. There were only 5 kinds of dishes. We ordered Sanxiaguo, which allows us to choose the dishes ourselves. We chose bacon, pork feet, and spare ribs. We also ordered frozen tofu fried dough sticks and cabbage, and Zhangjiajie beer. It was freshly made and tasted very good. The two of us ate a lot, but there were no discounts or offers on birthdays.

The taste is good, the spiciness is just right. The fish (black fish) grilled over wood fire is very fresh, this is the main dish, if it didn't have this gimmick, I guess it would be just average. The rest is just average.

Business is very good. Picture 1 is what I saw when I left at 9pm. I saw some comments saying that the service is not good. Objectively speaking, the waiter was too busy and couldn't keep up with the pace. The service was indeed a little lacking. The dishes were generally good. The local chicken tasted good, and the spicier it was, the more it was cooked. Lao Zhao's unique dish is similar to egg pancakes and boiled meat slices, and the taste is salty and fresh. If you can't eat spicy food, be careful to order the spicy preserved egg with peppers. It was so spicy that my soul left my body. Zhangjiajie three pots, also known as Tujia three pots. It is a pot of bacon, tofu, and radish to make a "he dish", which tastes refreshing. Later, people called this dish "three pots". In fact, it is simply a big miscellaneous dish, but it is indeed very good. The old stove is a must, the main ingredients are eggs, I think the eggs here are particularly delicious. Xiangxi glutinous powder, crispy and Q taste, slightly spicy. The bowls of fried corn and rice sent before meals are also very special.

Chain dining, this one is near the Tianmenshan cableway station, five big and two small, ordered five dishes, the first: black back fish, the second: spring water tofu, the third: three pots, others are generally, a total of 400 yuan.
