Walking into Yiwei Lingying Restaurant, the nearly 200-square-meter lobby is simple and bright, and the 5 private rooms with different decoration styles are also quite private. Jinggangshan dishes are authentic, with strong local characteristics, diverse varieties, and unique and colorful seasoning. The cooking ingredients come from the place of origin Jinggangshan, Jiangxi. I personally prefer the "flavored dried fish", which combines the "freshness" of fish meat and the "spicy" of chopped pepper. The fish is delicious, the meat is crispy, and the flavor is unique.
