The meat of the stinky mandarin fish is very elastic and tastes a bit like Jinhua ham. I am not used to eating hairy tofu, but my parents said it is delicious. Overall it is okay.

We came to Huangshan from Wuhan and passed through Shexian County. The restaurant is next to the provincial road. The food is delicious. I highly recommend: stinky mandarin fish, Shendu edamame, the boss is very enthusiastic and also told us how to get to Xin'anjiang Landscape Gallery. Thank you.
