I came before the store opened in the morning. After getting the number, I waited for nearly half an hour before entering.
The store is very spacious and grand. There is obviously room for more tables. I don’t know why the store manager left so much space. Maybe it’s for customers to have a better dining experience.
All their dishes are based on tofu, and the main dish is Yuba Don. The so-called Yuba Don is to put tofu skin in the soup and then beat eggs into it. The set meal will be served with rice. The egg tofu skin and rice together become tofu skin and egg rice. The taste is very light. Although it is very healthy, I personally think the taste is a bit light, which is more suitable for the Japanese appetite.
[Tofu] The tofu in the set meal is white and tender, with green onions and ginger, and it can be eaten with soy sauce. The tofu flavor is very strong. I like it.
[Fish Tofu] I also ordered fried fish tofu, which is made of fish and tofu. The saltiness is just right. It is recommended!
[Red Bean Tofu Dessert] The red bean tofu dessert in the set meal is really surprising. It is basically the standard configuration of red beans and ice cream. Their family is really innovative! The cold tofu and the hot red beans are surprisingly harmonious, slightly sweet and not greasy, and super delicious. Although the overall taste is light, there are still many dishes worth mentioning. As such a distinctive tofu restaurant, it is worth a try.
