When I came to Anji for a tour, I accidentally discovered this Yunshang Renjia local restaurant and was directly attracted by its deliciousness!
🌿Environment:
As soon as I walked into the store, the full rural atmosphere hit me. The wooden tables and chairs were neatly arranged, and the walls were hung with old photos of local characteristics. It was simple and warm, and there was a sense of intimacy when I returned to my hometown for a meal.
🍱Dishes:
Scrambled egg lichen, this dish is amazing! The lichen is smooth, crispy and tender, perfectly blended with the eggs, delicious in the mouth, with a faint fragrance, as if eating the taste of spring into the mouth.
As soon as the dry pot yellow beef was served on the table, the aroma went straight into the nose. The beef was cut into uniform sizes, tender and chewy, with rich side dishes. The more it was cooked in the dry pot, the more flavorful it was, and every bite was super satisfying.
Dry pot cauliflower is definitely a great dish for rice! The cauliflower was fried just right, the skin was slightly charred, and it absorbed the sauce at the bottom of the pot. It was salty and spicy, and I couldn't stop eating it one bite after another.
There is also sweet and sour pork tenderloin, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, sweet and sour and delicious. The golden skin wraps the tender tenderloin, and when you bite it, it makes a "crunch" sound, and the sweet and sour sauce spreads in your mouth. Adults and children love it.
💁♂️Service:
The owner and waiters in the store are very enthusiastic. When ordering dishes, they will patiently recommend special dishes, and will give reasonable suggestions based on the number of people. They will also add water in time during the meal, and the experience is superb.
