[Service] It was the first time I encountered rain in Dunhuang. It was said to be early September rain. After coming down from Mingsha Mountain, I was still not satisfied and felt a little hungry. Suddenly I wanted to have noodle soup. Unfortunately, noodle soup is breakfast, and many stores have not bought it. Fortunately, this one is still open and still has noodle soup. After we finished eating, we sat and chatted for a while. The waiter didn't come to chase us away. I was really sorry that we delayed them from getting off work. The dishes were ordered by scanning the code, which was also very convenient. [Taste] -Gang Gang Lamb Noodle Soup 15 yuan: warm, not much, tasted good, and the price-performance ratio was slightly low. -Apricot peel tea 5 yuan: it is homemade, a little light, but only 5 yuan, it's okay.

Stewed pancake is one of the specialties of Dunhuang. The meat is stewed until soft and the pancake on top absorbs the broth. It tastes good, the noodles are chewy and not sticky. Lamb baked buns are also delicious. The bun skin is crispy, the stuffing is large and meaty, and the lamb inside feels like barbecued meat, with a lot of cumin and onions. Friends who like lamb can try it. We ate 3 meals of Zhouji Stewed Pancake in Qixinglou during our 2 days in Dunhuang. It was really good. We also tried big plate chicken, fried lamb offal, yellow rice jelly (sweet), hand-pulled rice, donkey meat yellow noodles (I personally don’t like it very much, it’s cold)

The taste is very good. It is a famous restaurant in Zhangye. The environment is good. The boss lady is very nice. The girl likes it very much. She ordered the braised pancakes with chicken and spare ribs and the braised pancakes with mutton...

Downstairs, there is a lifelike Stone Feast. Zhouji's mutton stewed pancakes are delicious and whet your appetite. Paoer fried cakes are crispy and delicious, sweet but not greasy, so I couldn't help but eat two when I was already 80% full.
