Zum Hechten Review

We asked the concierge of our hotel where there is an authentic Bavarian restaurant, where the locals love to eat, and then we went straight to Zum Hechten, very happy that we chose to have lunch here, the pork feet potato dumplings here are delicious (and sauerkraut flavor, But we didn't order it), and the memorable wild fried pork chops (and mushroom sauce) and noodle dumplings, were all delicious. For dessert, we found a fried apple unique and a beer very good, enjoy the bar and enjoy the old-style wine cellar and the old teak, equally charming.

If you have been to Neuschwanstein, then Fusen itself is a very nice little town worth visiting. The restaurant has a lot of great cuisine to choose from. These dishes are local and the desire is satisfied. The venison stew is delicious with the dark beer they provide. If we weren't too full, we would definitely have a dessert called the emperor muffin. Fortunately we didn't eat it because it was a staple food in itself and would enjoy it with the quality coffee they provided.

The service is very good in this area, the taste is acceptable

Fries are good, you can order a la carte, pig elbow is good, sauerkraut is the pickle of the northeast, pasta is average, fried pork chops are very good, fresh and juicy and not greasy
