Upon my arrival, Jane welcomed me with a warm smile and professionalism that instantly made me feel at home. To my surprise and delight, she informed me that I had been upgraded to a sea-view room! This thoughtful gesture significantly enhanced my stay. Lena also provided outstanding service throughout my visit. Her attentiveness and friendly attitude made a lasting impression. She was always ready to assist with any of my needs, ensuring that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I am truly grateful for the efforts of Jane and Lena, which showcased the Sheraton's commitment to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend this hotel, not just for its amenities but for the incredible staff like Jane and Lena who make all the difference!

I had an incredible stay at Chimelong Hotel, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. This resort has everything you could possibly need for a memorable and stress-free vacation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the welcoming and friendly staff who made check-in a breeze and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The lobby area is warm and inviting, creating a great first impression. The hotel itself is perfectly designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right. One of the standout features was the free shuttle bus service from the nearby Subway station to the hotel. It made getting around incredibly easy and saved a lot of time. The resort also offers plenty of entertainment, including a fun kids' play area and the amazing Animal Island right outside the hotel. It’s perfect for families with children or anyone who enjoys getting close to nature. I can’t recommend the Chimelong International Circus enough, it’s a must see! The show was absolutely spectacular, with thrilling performances and a vibrant atmosphere that had everyone on the edge of their seats. Overall, Chimelong Hotel is the perfect place for both relaxation and adventure. The blend of excellent service, great amenities, and exciting attractions made for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly getaway!

I got the package with Chimelong show, 3-day ticket to Ocean Kingdom, and 3-day ticket to Spaceship Park. We didn't have time to go to Spaceship Park. The Chimelong show is very nice. The Ocean Kingdom rides and aquarium/ exhibitions are nice. I also like the boat ride from the hotel to Ocean Kingdom a lot

We arrived with no expectations, thinking it was just another hotel with hot springs - but this place was so much more! The evening was beyond epic, with incredible food, live music, and fantastic activities for both kids and adults. The service was outstanding, with polite and attentive staff who made sure everything ran smoothly. Whether you're looking for relaxation or fun, this place delivers on every level. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the Prince Family themed room and everything was great! The customer service at the Panda Hotel is great! They installed a guardrail for the little one immediately upon request. There were 2 bath towels in the bathroom, but we were 4 people. Upon calling the front desk, they immediately provided additional amenities and even extra water bottles. Upon check in, the associate at the desk told us that the breakfast buffet is open daily from 7AM to 11AM, however when we got there at 10AM, the buffet was in the middle of being closed. This was upsetting as the kids had just sat down to eat and all the buffet items were removed. The sign outside the restaurant also listed the breakfast end time to be 11AM. We went to the front desk and complained right away, to which the manager apologized and told us that there was a misunderstanding and that the end time is actually 10AM. She offered a discount on the dinner buffet and a VIP shuttle to the Safari Park, which was not bad. Overall, it was a great trip and the kids enjoyed and did not want to leave. The little details of everything being catered towards children is what really made the difference. From the drinking cups, to the dental kits, to the bathrobes and slippers to the baby toilet seat on all the hotel toilets. We will definitely come back to the hotel in the future.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, so convenient for finding great food and shopping, with plenty of restaurants and stores just a short walk away. It made my trip so much more enjoyable and hassle-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had excellent service. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a convenient and enjoyable stay!

I went there for the second time because of the good experience I had the first time months ago. This time the parking lot was full, it took me 20 minutes to get a parking space, later there was a long line for a bus excursion visitors, they do not have another representative for regular travelers, which was annoying and disappointing. Later they assigned me a family room, far from my expectations, with toys and camping tend in the room. After my complaint, they changed the room far, far away, just in the corner of the hotel with terrible view and not good moon of the employee. The room looks old and smell to humidity as well that you can see some scratches in the wall and furniture. It was dissapointed experience, they do not have a constant level of service, next time I will look for another option in the area.

Upon arrival the taxi driver also commented you used to have bell boys welcoming and helping with guest luggage but not seeing any now....and the reception was not proactice and keen in checking us in. The size of the duplex is good with huge balcony. But the room looks old and the Air-conditioning in the living room is not working .. the upper stairs shower was not good.. water drainage was almost blocking during shower and flooded soaking the feet ..please check the sliding door of the bathroom which require a strong man to push and pull...not working properly at all. .Besides stained bed sheets in lower floor bed rooms. Overall discounting the experience. The cleaner is ok...the staff at the canteen were good.

The hotel has many types of rooms, most of them are 20 to 40 sq meters. The hotel offers free shuttle to take us to our room, which was a 33 sq feet room with a balcony.

Our room, food, and service were all excellent! We loved every minute of our stay, especially the private bathtub and pool on our balcony. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both exceptional. The gym was great. We want to thank Xenia for taking care of us during our stay. She went above and beyond making sure we had a VIP experience.

Very nice hotel to stay in as it is within walking distance to both Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and the Theater for the Circus show, clean room, comfy beds, no smoke smell and have all the amenities provided in the room too. Breakfast is chaotic and messy if you visit on a weekend or public holiday.

Good location with excellent reception Appreciate the quick intervention of the hotel staff with noisy chn in another room at 12:15am for one particular night. Hotel has good housekeeping with good towels/ clean room and smoke free rooms. Good that water is available all the time. Toiletries are replaced daily. Love the good mattress and bright room! The resort has clean and modern interior. The room is spacious with scenic mountain view from the balcony. There are different themed hot spring pools. Some pools have small private pavilion which we enjoyed the privacy. My kids love the indoor water park with slides and wave pool. I highly recommend the food in the restaurant with ala carte menu! Fine cooking with fresh ingredients. Simply delicious! The restaurant and hotel staff are friendly and professional. In addition, the resort is just a few minutes away by car to the popular site, Baishuizhai waterfall! We really had an awesome and memorable stay Skov River Resort! \(^o^)/

I was amazed and impressed by the amenities and location of the Fenk Attitude Hotel. Although in Apple Map and Google Map, it's pinned as Fengtaidu Hotel and it made a little disturbed to find the hotel and check-in in the middle of the night. Other than this, my overall experience in Fenk Attitude Hotel was fantastic and excellent. Thanks to Trip.com.

The hotel staff were really excellent, friendly, polite, professional and very helpful. Each time I need anything everyone does their best to help me. The view of my opera facing room was magnificent, the breakfast was excellent and the in-room dining was delicious as well. I truly recommend it and definitely I will come back during my next visit.

Very nice location Lot of places to eat and drink around the hotel . The access to rooms is a little difficult as have to take a lift to another floor and then another lift to rooms . This hotel is good and inexpensive if you looking for more space . Wasn’t impressed by the cleanliness of the room. There is no room service or a way to call reception So have to go down to reception . Lifts can be very busy at peak times as the building is shared by families living in apartments.

Overall nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is a few minutes walk to Shangxiajiu Street. Nice fishball and squid store there. The air-conditioning of the hotel room is not cold at all. Need to improve.

Amazing, I have been in China for one month and stayed on different hotels in different cities, this is by far the best in Guangzhou in terms of value for money. You are close to everything, the New Asia Market is 15 minutes away using the metro and the Metro station it self is very close. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and modern. This will be my go to hotel in Guangzhou for future travels Highly recommended.

First, you should know that this is not really a hotel. It’s more like renting small apartments. They are definitely luxury and contain everything you will need while staying in this area of Guangzhou.  Self parking is a little inefficient as the nearest parking garage is next-door below the mall area, but that can be convenient as well. If you want to eat there or shop we rented a two room unit which was very nice. It had a full master bath with shower and bath tub and a second bathroom, which had a shower stall, and Toilets with bidets. The breakfast is a little expensive for what it is and the layout of the breakfast area is a little bit awkward - a little difficult to find your food at first, but once you do it, you can learn your way to get your eggs or toast, there are many foreigners that go visit this hotel. My kids enjoyed the pool which the temperature of the water was perfect. I think this would be an excellent place to conduct private business meetings because the living area is nice with a comfortable couch a few chairs and a table with four chairs. We had a corner room had plenty of sunlight coming in and really enjoyed this day. Hope you do too. 

First time back to 深圳大梅沙京基洲际度假酒店 in 2025, and the weather was just warm enough for the beach. The hotel staff, Zero, made sure my reservation needs were met and ready prior to my arrival. After I checked in the first day, she also checked in with me and my family to see if we needed anything else. There were a lot of seaweed washed up onto the beach this time, and the hotel had staff cleaning them away to keep the beach clean. Again, amazing service from Zero and the rest of the hotel staff!

This was the perfect place to start our holiday! The staff are amazing, thoughtful and always ready to help. The food service was quick and delicious, delivered straight to our door. What a great introduction to Shenzhen. I cannot wait to visit again! Thank you so much for all your help and love for me and my son. Then I would also like to thank JC for the beautiful photos. They way he directed us while taking photos - so professional! The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in China :)

The 202 room was so beautiful and we loved the most was the bath tub, looked so amazing. Besides, the view and the design of the room were so lovely, such as the in room music and movie projector which made our experience more romantic! What’s more, the services was so great that lighten up our journey! It was my wife’s birthday day and the house keepers would make B day decor to surprise my wife. Although the location of the hotel was far, the house keepers would make plans and contact taxi for us that’s really considerable of them! Thank you for visiting this hotel and we will definitely suggest to our friends who is also looking for amazing, unique, romantic staycaction!!!

We stayed here for a big Thanksgiving party. The space was even perfect for 20 people cooking and having a good time. The price is amazing for the type of apartment. Well worth the stay. Outside the area there are many restaurants and food, but it also comes with a full kitchen so we cooked and brought our own food. The staff is very friendly to foreigners and make it a point to communicate with foreign guest. I will definitely stay here again.

excellent location and view, staff is very friendly. One downside in service is that there is no restaurant after 4 pm , so you have to order food from outside. However staff (邓鄧) helped me to order from outside. Rooms are specious and the surrounding is great. However it needs a renovation very badly as the carpets are really innbad shape as well the facilities are dated.

The room is spacious and clean. The view from room is nice, having a 180 degree view of the sea/lake, the breakfast area is average as they are renovating and hotel guests have to use a temporary space for having breakfast, but the handmade noodles were awesome

Very good, the front desk helped to upgrade the room. Overall, it is very good, and the room aunt is also very enthusiastic. The room is very tidy, with many small designs. The modern and simple design is refreshing. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on, and the fatigue is swept away. I like it and plant it. It is very close to Vientiane City. The room is very clean and comfortable, the sheets and quilts are all new, the wifi is also very good, and the movie is not stuck. The air conditioning and heating are also good, not cold at all, the bathing facilities are also very complete, the shampoo is very fragrant, and the front desk receptionist is also very enthusiastic. Every time you enter the door, you will say hello. There is a public free parking space. I will choose this hotel next time. This very nice beach resort is located in the center of a beautiful Marina. It's A Great location with a private beach & a fun yacht cruise. The service is superb with many kind memorable people, a special thanks to Miss Wang for her exceptional kindness. We look forward to visiting again asap.

The boss is very nice. He will recommend nearby attractions to us and remind us to be careful when entering and leaving😊 The location is right by the sea and easy to find. The room facilities are clean and tidy. The indoor slippers provided are unexpectedly comfortable. The bed is large and comfortable. The 180° sea view is beautiful. My friend spent most of the morning in bed looking at the sea view and didn't want to leave😅 The only problem was that the bathroom shower door couldn't be closed, but it didn't bother us much. Recommendation 👍🏻

1. The delivery of room unit is not on-time. The excuses of previous tenant have not check out on time is not acceptable. We pay the rent & we expect to take the unit on time. We have to wait 2 to 3 hours for the key & wait for cleaning process. We travel from overseas and carry 3 large luggage. It is just not convenient. 2. This apartment allow smoking in the unit. It is not acceptable where the sofa, the bedsheet, the whole unit is smell of smoke. In fact, all occupant of this building all smoke inside the building. Smoke travel through sewerage pipe & air vent get inside our units at 1am & 4am at night. 3. The cleanliness is not up to standard. While we are staying we requested cleaning services once. After cleaning, i still saw dirty mark and stain at toilet floor & tooth paste at basin. 4. BED BUGS & COCKROACHES! My family and I got bed bug bites after staying there for 4 nights. Please keep this in mind and note that they only clean your room if requested.
