1. Promotion Overview: This promotion (the "Promotion") is part of the Big Travel Fest and is administered by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., located at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01, Singapore 048622 ("Trip.com"). 2. Promotion Period: The Promotion is valid from November 10, 2025, 20:00:00 (GMT+3) to November 13, 2025, 23:59:59 (GMT+3).

3. Eligibility:

• This Promotion is only available to individuals located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Participants must have a valid Trip.com account or create one during the Promotion period.

4. Coupon Details:

All Flights (Departing from Saudi Arabia):

• Discount: 20% OFF, up to SAR 100 discount.
• Applied to full fare, including taxes and fees.

International and Domestic Flights (Departing from Saudi Arabia):

• Discount: 4% OFF, up to SAR 1,500 discount.
• Applied to full fare, including taxes and fees.

Valid Bookings:

• Bookings must be made on the Trip.com Saudi Arabia App and in SAR currency.
• Discounts apply only to departures from any airport within Saudi Arabia.

5. Coupon Restrictions:

• Each Coupon is valid for one use per campaign period per account and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
• Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• This promotion does not apply to bookings made through price comparison websites.
• Once claimed, each Coupon is valid only during the Promotion period and cannot be extended.
• Coupons are valid only when the booking is confirmed successfully.
• Coupon availability is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Coupons are not applicable for “Pay at Hotel” bookings.

6. Raffle: Jazeera Airways Return Flight Tickets

As part of this Promotion, 5 participants will be selected as winners, and each winner will receive 2 return flight tickets on Jazeera Airways .

• Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through a randomized draw conducted after the campaign period ends.

• Winner Announcement: Winners will be contacted within 2 weeks after the campaign end date via their registered Trip.com contact details.

• Voucher Validity: Each flight voucher must be utilized for travel completed before December 15, 2025.

• Eligible Routes: Vouchers can be used for all destinations via Kuwait on the J9 network, except Jeddah (JED) and Madinah (MED).

• Jazeera Airways Standard terms and conditions apply.

• Additional Conditions:

  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
  • All applicable taxes and surcharges must be paid by the traveler at the time of booking.

Trip.com shall not be liable for any losses, damages, delays, technical failures, or other issues arising from or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the raffle draw, including but not limited to any error in data transmission, system failure, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Travel Period: The travel period for bookings under this Promotion is from November 11, 2025, to November 11, 2026 (GMT+3).
