Ocean View Hotels in Queensland, Australia

I was in Brisbane for business and chose to stay at Voco Brisbane because it was near the conference I was required to attend. I had a great stay - staff were friendly and the rooms were a decent size. The view of the Brisbane river was also nice, particularly at sunrise. The hotel was conveniently located although the street was a little too secluded at night. But that is a personal preference. I will try other Voco hotels across Australia during my next work trip.

Awesome hotel, beautiful environment, first-class service, family suite cost-effective, especially suitable for children with family travel, beautiful Feisha Island picturesque, not many people, off-road bus is impressive. Parking can stop at the port, pay the management fee, if you drive four-wheel drive, you can roll on the island, self-driving adventure, great! Still want to come again!

Disappointed with our stay at Hilton Surfers Paradise. We stayed on the 5th floor, and the experience was far below our expectations. Loud music from the surrounding area went on between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m., waking up our entire family several times throughout the night. It was very difficult to get proper rest. Also, we only received complimentary bottled water on the first day. After that, we were told to use the water dispenser, which didn’t feel appropriate for a hotel of this standard. Compared to our previous stay at Hilton Sydney, this was very disappointing in both service and overall comfort.

Had an overall great stay. Disappointed they couldn’t move our friends room closer to us despite booking together. Food was expensive for average quality. Breakfast was good however. Would stay again

Best hotel I've ever stayed. The location was perfect. It's literally 1-minute-far from a light rail station (Surfer's Paradise Station). And all the staff there was really really nice. Cleaning staff maintained our room super clean every day during our stay. I definitely would like to stay at the q1 resort and spa next time I visit gold coast. View was fantastic as well.

Located fairly close to the domestic terminal and very convenient for international travelers arriving into Brisbane staying overnight and catching a domestic flight next day. Since domestic terminal is joined to the airport walkway, all basic services or facilities such as dinner place and convenience store are accessible within walking distance. If you have enough time you can also catch train from domestic terminal and visit City. Overall very nice clean place.

Awesome hotel, best in gold coast in terms of facilities. Recommend to anyone who wants a luxury stay.

We stayed in a deluxe room. The hotel room was smaller than we thought, especially the bathroom. Although the room had been renovated, the overall condition of the hotel was worse than other Novotel hotels we stayed before. No wonder they have been renovating the hotel since last year. The location was great, right at the Surfers Paradise. You could walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, cafes, fast food, pubs and supermarkets.

Good value for money 4 star hotel in middle of broadbeach and Surfers paradise area. Easy tram access and good continental breakfast buffet spread though same menu everyday. Quite area below the hotel, if need lively or direct access to tourist hotspots then choose hotels at cavill avenue or broadbeach

Check in struggled to figure out how to simply charge us for the two rooms we booked together, half checking us in and then make us wait in another queue so they could check us in to our second room! The bathroom could have benefited from a better cleaner.
