Ocean View Hotels in South Australia, Australia

The room was quite spacious and genuinely nice. Its location is super convenient, being close to the airport – an Uber ride was just around 25 AUD. Getting to the city center is easy via a local train, taking roughly 30 minutes. The neighborhood is vibrant with lots of convenient dining options. My only minor complaint is that the hotel is a bit dated.

While the apartment was nice it is very dated, particularly for the dollars spent per night. I don't know about the rest of the complex but our apartment needed a makeover. However apart from the pillows being too firm it was very comfortable. So the only issues were ones of appearance. If you prefer a thin pillow bring your own.

The hotel is in a good location, but the room smells a bit musty. Rooms that will not be occupied for a long time are reserved for orders from Ctrip. The restaurant is very good, the food and service are good, and the price is very reasonable. It is good to stay here when traveling to Kangaroo Island.

The room was nice and quiet. Each room is a fully functional studio. The location is on the seaside and the scenery is very good; there is a supermarket next door and there are also restaurants nearby.

The hotel room is quite big and neat. Little disappointed with the 'ocean view' since most of it is still town view. Overall pretty good.

Hotel location is very good, you can see the trestle. After a few minutes, the front desk was very friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant on the first floor was a good business, and it looked very lively and didn't have time to eat. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the supermarket. Port Witt is a good stopover for the night before going to Kangaroo Island, and it takes 45 minutes to drive to the port. Very laid back, quiet town.

It's always a pleasure to stay at the Pier and give credit to the staff for their enthusiastic and excellent service. My room was lovely as usual. My only criticism is the bathroom tiles are getting old and are showing their age...re: mould type stuff in the grouting...no big deal but probably need some work to bring the standards up a notch! Wasn't a problem for me but that's my 10 cents worth of constructive criticism 🤠

Great unit. Had lots of room and everything you need plus more. Perfect location for visiting family. Will be staying here again.

Access to the highway is extremely convenient, the location is great, typical motel. The restaurant is very nice, the amount is surprising and the taste is good. The trestle at the door is also a good view.

Lovely old hotel, beautiful upgraded rooms and shared bathroom. _BUT the experience is totally letdown by the reverberating pump of dance music which went till 1.0am Friday and 2.0am Saturday. Its sleep defying, which is a shame because the staff and food were all very good and you could hear the sea when finally it was quiet.
