The condominium is good and very easy to self check in. Only the problem with common areas, but some guests without dry themselves after swimming, make the hallway and elvators are all wet and dirty, slippery 🙂↕️

The room is very comfortable and the staffs are friendly and nice. But most importantly, you can watch one of the most amazing sunrise directly from the room.

There are not many resorts in the mainland. It’s a good compromise for balance a bit of everything. Going to downtown, visit remote places, and his land hopping. The sunset is nice for the hotel. A key point is that you can use this hotel facility + the sport center facilities + the Magellan hotel facilities. Downside. U can’t order food with Grab, as you will need to walk about 10-12 minutes to go take it down the road to the guard spot (third photo). What it could be improved: 1. The SPA price is out of range. 2. Family Night time activities. The only activity/bar is on the top floor which doesn’t allow kid below 18 YO.

Stayed here for the first time for business trip, apart from the socket too far from bed, I have no complaint, it was okay, in the middle of the city, good view.

The hotel is on a prosperous street, surrounded by restaurants and opposite the market. It is very convenient to buy specialties. The lady boss is so kind. Although we don't understand each other in the same language, everyone understands each other's intentions.

The hotel is new, recently opened. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel's strongest point is a comfortable and well-designed pool. Unfortunately, this is the end of the pluses. Breakfast - the choice seems to be large, but everything is focused on the Chinese, so a European / American does not have much to eat. It's good that at least there is an egg station. Front desk procedures - even though the hotel was almost empty, we were told to wait three hours for the room. A deposit of RM 200 per day is charged at check-in - cash only, no card guarantee. When checking out, you have to wait at the front desk until the housekeeping checks if you have stolen anything from the room. If you lose the document confirming the deposit - they will not return your money. Finally, probably the most annoying thing - the card scanning system in the elevators - we sometimes spent long minutes trying to press the floor key in the elevator, usually it ended with asking for help from the reception. This is absolutely unacceptable. There is too much to improve here to be able to say that the hotel is worth the price.

Excellent stay! Spacious and clean room with breathtaking sea view. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Friendly staff and great service made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

This Airbnb location is perfect…. It’s next to a huge mall and a wide variety of eateries… it’s a walking distance to KK waterfront and sutera harbor where you get the best view of the evening sunset….. the amenities are quite good with a gym and 2 swimming pools with lots of greeneries and hammocks for chilling…. The unit however is quite old although most things work and it includes a wash and dry washing machine which was very convenient for me

Booked for only one night. Arrived at 1pm but can’t do early check-in as the room was not ready. Only managed to check-in at night as I was out running errands. Upon entering the room, it’s fully carpeted. Toilet is clean, shower strength is strong which is good. Place below has Chagee, convenient stores, restaurants which is a plus to me. Just opposite is the shopping mall Imago. Down side: 1) when I flipped the bed sheet, there were stains on them. Had to flip the clean side to cover me. 2) in sufficient lights/ try to use white lights next time. I had to use my phone light to see any dirt on the bed. 3) sides of the bed is dirty, there were dusts, hairs around. 4) could not sleep well due to the road noise. Window was not very sound proof. Can hear cars passing by. Wasn’t too bothered by it since I’m only staying for one night. Will I return? Maybe when I’m on a budget.

Nothing beats this location if you’re visiting Semporna. The easiness of going straight to your room after a whole day of soaking in the sea. Got a seaview of 4th floor which is nice. Slept soundly at night, no problem with noises. Elevator was a bit small but not a problem. Standard hotel room and bath, nothing impressive. Staff helped with airport transfer. All in all will stay here again.
