Hilton Gardon Davos Hotel, located in the center of Davos, about 10 minutes by bus from the train station, the city is not very convenient. The conditions and facilities of the Hilton Hotel are very good, the environment is very good, the health is good, suitable for business or family travel.
They were already several times in the hotel's camping and now the first time in the hotel room. Very nice and maintained hotel with great steam sauna and friendly staff. Drinks from the minibar as well as tickets for the local bus were included. It had everything we needed to recover for four days and to be in the wellness area. We're happy to come back!
Great hotel in beautiful, natural location with parking facilities (cost). Wellness area with sauna and pool as highlight. Very clean, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. A total excellent stay! ”
This hotel is well located for bikers near the side valleys of Sertig and Dietschma. Breakfast was very good and the room comfortable. The hotel has a loading station for electric vehicles that unfortunately has not worked.
Went to Maienfeld to visit the Heidiland. The hotel was very convenient and around 3 minutes walk from the train station. Hotel itself is big situated in a small and quiet village. Room was good with very basic amenities. Nice hotel and with WiFi. Nice garden as well and our room was facing it. Will definitely stay here again if visiting heidiland again.
The hotel is good located. Near by a bus station. Hotel is new and modern, however we have seen a lot of things which needs to be repaired. Parking is expensive with 24 euros per day.
Smell in our room was terrible on arrival. Until I noticed that in the shower the cleaner removed the water outlet so that the bad smell could come in. Only one of the restaurants was open and not much of selection is possible. I would not recommend the restaurant. Waiter said to my daughter that the spaghetti from kids menu is too small and he will make it bigger, then charged 28 euros instead of 18. The Spaghetti was tooooo Al dente. Most of the waiters are unfriendly and let us not feel welcomed. Overall: we will not book this hotel again.
My friend got a handicapped room even he booked the higher category. It seems they had no other room but they did not tell him during checkin. When he asked later they offered another room after 2 days. We complained that we don't like the room but they said many people like it.. Hey, hotel management, when somebody pays so much for a hotel who is not handicapped he don't like a shower curtain instead of nice glass walls, he don't need open space concept cabinets, he needs normal cabinets with doors, he may like to sit on the sofa.. But there was no sofa.
Heating? Not on by purpose. Only when we complained they turned the heater on after 1 day. Instead they provided mobile heater . We talked to other guests who had the same issue. 5* hotel?
The pool temperature was way too low. The noise there unacceptable due to the design which is simple painted concrete walls. Spa are is 3 star only. Nothing which let you stay there for long.
Breakfast was quite good we enjoyed this the most.
To leave the hotel everybody is using the way over the ski room...terrible layout. The layout is not well planned.

Very good, especially close to the bus station and train station (about 10 minutes walk), and the appearance is like being in a fairy tale, just like the real person living in the castle, it is worth mentioning that the reception and service attitude of the restaurant chef and all the service staff are worth giving full marks. I don't know why this is so low-key, definitely a hotel I would stay in when I visit Switzerland, I really recommend it

GGuest UserA charming hotel, clean and modern rooms. There are 3 different restaurants which looked very very nice. I need to come back next time, especially to the steak house.
We only had breakfast, which was very tasty. Different kind of fresh artisanal bred and Zopf, fresh smothies, local cheese, fruits and many more. The coffee was excellent (I love good espresso), but also tea was offered in a large variety. The omelet was complementary and made with mountain cheese and tomatoes. We could cut ourselves fresh dried ham from the Berkel machine - very cool!
The hotel ist just next to the nordic ski track and they offer a shuttle (or 10min walk) to the alpine resort.
Thank you very much for the excellent service and very kind staff.
We will come again
GGuest UserWe booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, the exterior is modern, the interior Swiss style is super beautiful, the reception desk lady and the pick-up driver relatives are warm, the restaurant staff is very professional, the meal is suitable for Asian tastes, highly recommended!
GGuest UserHotel staff was really welcoming and helpful. Service was impeccable, room was spacious, clean, quiet, with balcony and with mini bar included. Sauna/hammam was a relaxing moment after a ski day and a great option when weather is not great. Breakfast buffet was amazing, with a large variety of food. Shuttle bus service super helpful as the hotel is abit remote from ski télécabine and train station.
GGuest UserWe had a pleasant surprise with an upgrade to a bigger room from our booking as it is our wedding anniversary. Room was decorated beautifully. Hotel also offered complimentary pick up and drop off service from/to the train station. Minibar is complimentary with beer, coke, lemonade, soda, peanuts and chocolates. Free cable car passes were also provided. Very heart warming stay.
SSusan ShelbyA lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, takes you back in time to the grandeur of days gone by. We had a room with a view. The lake and the Alps, just beautiful! Loved sitting at the desk at the window looking out over the lake. A cool breeze blowing through the open windows.
GGuest UserA very beautiful discovery like this Krone hotel.
Competent and friendly staff.
Rooms all comfort (except the bcp earrings too large to my view).
Excellent and exquisite breakfast from 7:30.
Fresh fruit salad just excellent and delicious bircher müesli.
I'll be right back to a place.
Another important thing: covered garage and ...free.
KKarlos YuThe environment is super good, looking directly at the lake;
There are a lot of fruits for breakfast, and the variety is relatively rich;
There is a free steam room, and the service attitude is very good.
The room is slightly small, but there is a small balcony with a nice view and sufficient heating
GGuest UserLocation is really great, very close to the hiking trail we went. They also did a free upgrade for our room as the period we stayed were not high season. Room view is super nice. Room also very spacious. Shower is hot and strong. Definitely delightful experience.
