Location was great. Right opposite the train station.
The front desk was friendly and helpful.
Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away.
The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter.
The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking.
Overall, the stay was totally worth it.

Pros:
Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people).
Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms.
We had a free upgrade - see Cons!
Cons:
”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros!
There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.
The hotel is very close to Sanjiangkou, opposite the dining street, which is very convenient. The room is large enough to separate dry and wet. There is its own parking lot in front, which is convenient for self-driving.

All staffs are so helpful and friendly especially Miss Gao is super good. We love the cleanliness of the hotel. The size of the room is good enough. Location is next to Zhongyang Street on 1 min walking. You can have unlimited afternoon tea when you stay here. Thats the bonus point! Breakfast are super delicious!

It is certainly an overwhelming experience of my stay, this property is located just a few steps from Central Avenue (Zhongyang Street) which is the iconic landmark of its city, connecting to the major tourist attractions such as St. Sophia church, Zhaolin Park, China Baroque History Culture Scenic Area, Dragon Tower ( Long Ta ), Sun Island, Ice Show World etc wherever can be reached by metro, makes perfectly sense to leisure travellers, practically for purpose of the visit to Ice Show World when on winter season.
Upon reaching the entrance of the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and helpful, stepped out to help me take the luggages for check-in, they gladly introduced the history of the hotel, I was astonished to learn that it's been standing over 100 years, well designed in every part of foyer, full of Russian style, feeling like I'm staying in as a membersof the nobility.
As I booked the superior room, the staff suggested a limited offer that I can go on the different type of suite, before the decision, they escorted me to have a view of the room, and I finally chose the 55sqm room, that was a big bargain for the upgrade paying just ¥500 extra. I was shocked at the time I stepped in to the room, it is elegantly decorated. Whenever you sit in watching the TV, lying on the bed immersing yourself enjoying the bubble bath, you would almost be resisted to leave.
Finally I will undoubtedly give the full score of 10 for what I deserved from this property, and this will be a good place to be on my next visit, hopefully December the year for Ice Snow festival.
Super convinience place and friendly staffs for help…walking distances to Chinese Baroque street market within 15 mins ,many popular foods and a lot variety foods can found in this area…I like my family room ,toilet and bath seperated ,no worries about hungry for tourists bcx they hv vending machines for foods and drinks. You can do own laundry and dry by its own. If nt dry,you can hang in room . You can ask the staffs to help if needed and they super super helpful when i lost … Im feel so lucky to be their guest… Nextime i will bring some fruits from Malaysia for them when i visit Harbin again.Worth to stay…and cozy place when bringing kids along.
For a few days, the room set in Trip.com never had to be deposited. Taihu wine asked for a deposit of 200 yuan. When I left, I handed over the room card and said that the deposit WeChat was returned to the original road. I didn't say what was used. What was missing. We left the hotel after half an hour after handing in the card. Because the four of us had breakfast in the morning, three people had diarrhea. I also found the front desk and told them to reflect with the hotel owner and restaurant, pay attention to food safety. We didn't mention any requirements. But after arriving home, I saw that the deposit was deducted 2 yuan. I don't know why it's $198.
To be honest, the hardware of Taihu Hotel is particularly good, whether it is the price environment, the location is first-class. But the software management and service need to be strengthened.

Awesome! Brother Wang is awesome! The car that picked us up was super fun, like it was shoveling us away directly. Because when we went there, the snow town no longer charged tickets, and there were no buses to Yanji the next day. The boss arranged a detailed transfer guide for me, which was perfect! The next day, Brother Wang didn't forget to ask us if everything went well! My heart was warm! It's really a happy thing to meet warm-hearted people when traveling!
Environment: The room is very clean, and there are super large windows with snow views. We are southern potatoes, so excited, hahahaha!
Service: Northeast big flower coats are provided! Snow sleds can be used to pull children to visit the snow town! Brother Wang sent frozen pears! You can order food on the first floor, which is very delicious! I got up early in the morning and played water splashing into ice!
The front desk staff at Mohe Hongjinding Hotel have great service! Welcome guests with enthusiasm, patience and a smile. In particular, Ms. Wang's service was particularly good, she was patient and thoughtful, and patiently answered all the questions I asked. Her professional level is very high. Very good! Everything else is also very good! Worthy of praise! Worth paying attention to! If I have the chance to come back to Mohe, this hotel will still be my first choice!
In terms of tidying up, it is still good, but due to the passage of time, some facilities are old and there is dust behind the door, so we did not bother to clean it. The child is 2 years old and accidentally soiled the sheets while eating. The lady at the front desk helped us. I borrowed detergent and it solved the problem perfectly. Thank you very much. Otherwise, the cleaning fee will be deducted 60 yuan. The lady in the black suit who checked the room kept emphasizing that we should pay for the dirty sheets. During the cleaning process, my husband , I was waiting in the lobby with my children, and I heard her talking about us. We were very cooperative throughout the process and did not shirk our responsibilities. I just felt that the 60 yuan cleaning fee was a bit expensive. I wanted to clean it myself, but she talked about it. I was really convinced. .

VV SherylEverything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!).
The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family.
The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet.
I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos.
Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel.
As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home.
Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel - you’ve made my mum and I’s first trip to China and Harbin even more memorable with your warm hospitality!

Very Good
AAlessanderBest stay ever for me! Everything from the front desk to the housekeeping was great! I arrived quite early than the usual time but was given early in.. the benefits was explained clearly when checking in. Location wise is near a huge shopping mall, other than that its also near to tourist areas. You can even arrange for free pick up service to drive you to either central street or snow world and city. They also can arrange to have the driver to wait for you at the location you dropped off.
There are 2 reindeer to greet you at selected timing. Even witness one of it shredding it's antlers! There are also free coke and Sprite and local drink in their mini bar. Unlimited free flow of night food from 10pm-12 midnight, legit nice beef noodle that I had 3 bowls. There are also free drinks and other local delicious food . For breakfast although I didn't get it, it's until 1pm lol, not a typo. Never heard before any hotel we have breakfast till 1pm. I was told this is because the owner know when we visit harbin we will stay up late, if it's the usual 10am you might miss your breakfast.same for those who need to get up early and still be able to come back to eat
If you book those 72 square meter room they even provide free car rental. Yes all free, just have to top up the fuel, with this benefits you would've save a lot of money.
Special should out to driver wangxin(王新) he drove me to snow world and walked there, even beyond the selected timing because he knows that it will be hard to take taxi back to hotel at late timing. He was also very passionate to introduce all the major location on the way. I was really glad to have met someone like him. Definitely a 5 stars for me!

OOngThe main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring.
The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement.
Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.
LLingduxianWHQThe hotel just opened on May 1st. The hardware facilities are very new, the decoration is also very luxurious, and the parking is very convenient. The service attitude of the two beauties, Xinyue and Brocade, was very good at the front desk. They also upgraded the room for free, and provided us with very patient and meticulous travel and tour guide services for the first time we came to Qiqihar. We must like it. The fly in the ointment is that the location of the hotel is a little bit out of the way, and the surrounding facilities have not yet been completed. The advantage is that it is very quiet, very close to the expressway, and there is a river next to it for walking.
