This hotel is always the safe choice for staying in Hankou. First, The staff is friendly, especially the front desk staff, one of them is Nico, who helped a lot before staying. I have stayed in this hotel for three times so far. furthermore, the facilities are maintained very well. Location is also a good beneficial point if you want to take taxi to anywhere in Hankou. The only thing could be improved for this time, the quality of the breakfast was not that good comparing to those before. That might be it in the temporary place.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The intern staff Sun Mountain Tiger was extremely helpful and patient to answer queries, and help set up metro QR apps. The in-house gymn is well equipped and with sauna and steam bath. The hotel is located at Hankou business centre and a little off the major tourists sights. Thecloset tourist area is Jianghan pedestrian walk is three metro stations away. From there one can catch a free to cross over to Wuchang where the Yellow crane tower is located.

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

I enjoyed my stay here with New Century Hotel. Its location is handy, only taking around 12 minutes by taxi from Wuhan High Speed Railway Station and costing merely CNY17.00. The staff are very friendly and welcoming at the hotel reception and kindly booked a free drop-off service to the railway station. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which provides a variety of freshly made dishes to choose from, including many authentic Wuhan snacks.

From the moment I stepped through the grand, ornate entryway, I was struck by the elegant, timeless decor and impeccable service. My room was spacious and luxurious, with plush bedding, a marble bathroom, and breathtaking views of the city skyline. The on-site restaurant served exceptional cuisine made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the attentive but unobtrusive staff, who catered to my every need. The hotel's central location also made it easy to explore the surrounding neighborhood's charming shops and landmarks.

This is an outstanding hotel, centrally located in Wuhan’s Hankou District, right next to Tongji Hospital. The staff is exceptional—especially Janet, the hotel manager—who is a great resource and went out of her way to ensure a comfortable stay. English is spoken fluently, which made communication seamless. The non-smoking rooms are spotless, modern, and smoke-free—an absolute must for me. I had accidentally double-booked one of my nights, and the staff graciously issued a refund without any hassle. Given the location, service, and overall experience, it would be difficult to find a better value in Wuhan.

Tianyu Lake Scenic Area is very large, the hotel is located in the villa area, you can drive or take a boat to the island two modes of transportation. The staff is very enthusiastic. From the early communication before check-in, precautions reminder, event participation schedule and hotel breakfast dining methods, etc. details are enough to see the hotel management is very attentive. The shuttle bus can take to the Holiday Inn or other play spots at any time, which is very convenient. The hotel's infinity pool is also a place where children are not happy. The punch card is very good, the water quality is very good, and the children have a great time. Worth two brushes 😁

Everything was exceptional but two things: 1. my room temperature was very hot 27C and I called to complain about it every morning during my stay. technician came and fix it but the problem happened the next day again and again... frustrating! 2. breakfast is very poor and low quality. really surprised me the hotel don't invest in good breakfast like other good hotels in Wuhan.

How can I put it this way? At first I did feel that the service was excellent, but in the end I couldn't accept it when a grown man called me ma'am :-). The front desk, including the concierge service, is good. The efficiency at the pool is really poor. I accidentally locked the key in the cabinet. I told the pool front desk in time, but after waiting for nearly half an hour, no one came to help open it... Later, we went swimming first, and played until we got a little impatient and someone finally came... But the other parts were pretty satisfying.

I recently stayed at this hotel and the overall experience was quite good. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, especially the bed is extremely comfortable, making people feel relaxed as soon as they lie down. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out process is very smooth. The breakfast is rich in variety and authentic in taste. The photo-taking spots on each floor are very unique. Overall, this hotel is cost-effective and has excellent service. It is worth recommending to friends who need accommodation~~~~~~
