Hotels With Spa in Shaanxi, China

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and the front desk was very enthusiastic to upgrade the room type. The room was located at the 4 corners of the floor, with 2 large floor-to-ceiling windows, which was a pleasant surprise.

Great! Good service! Good vibes! Tasty food! Convenient, clean and comfortable! I had a great time here. A woman receptionist is nice and friendly but I can’t remember her name. We talked a bit when I was waiting the elevator. She greeted me and talked about my country (Thailand). She also helped to carry my luggage. 👍

Great location along a street full of local delights. Roomkeeping was attentive. Service, however, was the star of the show - and a special shout out to Jianguo Son from the concierge (apologies if I got your name wrong), who was very patient and enthusiastic in answering all our questions on the attractions, how to get there, what to do, what to eat etc. He also managed to secure us some last-minute tickets to 长恨歌, which was sold out on the platforms that I checked. Thanks again to Jianguo for making our visit to Xi'an very memorable, and I will not hesitate to stay again at Hilton Xi'an in the future. 

My wife and I came here for our first anniversary and it was worth every dollar spent. The hotel was gorgeous and super clean. Our room was decorated with rose petals spelling out “1 year” on the bed and a trail of petals to the personal hot spring tub. The bathroom has two sink basins with tall mirrors. The shower is a rainfall shower. The toilet has a glass door which was a little weird but the bathroom had a solid wooden door. Cleaning staff comes every day at a time that works for you to sanitize and organize everything. The mini fridge comes packed with a variety of drinks that are refilled for free every day. We were given a rotating plate of fresh fruits every day. At night time, they provide good night soup and turn on the personal hot spring tub. During the day, you can visit the outdoor hot spring in a secluded area. The minerals in the hot springs made our skin so soft and healthy looking. We did a spa treatment too which was very relaxing. They were very accommodating with finding a time that worked best for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Mostly Chinese breakfast with many delicious dishes to choose from. The restaurant was in a different building on the Huaqing Palace grounds. Easy to walk to but they also can drive us in a kart to and from it. You can also come and go to the Huaqing Palace grounds too! The staff was very friendly and accommodating even with a language barrier. They helped us arrange laundry services to be delivered to our room. They went and picked up our tickets to the Song of Everlasting Sorrow (great show). The housekeeper, Deng Xiaohui, was wonderful and gave us parting gifts when we checked out. 5/5. Highly recommend. We hope to be back next time we visit Xi’an.

The hotel was wonderful. Room was spacious and clean, although a little tired and could use some renovation, but the amenities are so great that it covers. Bedding was so comfortable and the texture was so great! Staff are all super friendly, polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my time here. After a day of sightseeing, it really felt like returning to home. Only thing is that it’s a bit of a walk to the metro station. But I love how it is so close to the museum!

My daughter totally adores this hotel. Very family friendly. Alot of kids involvement activities. A little like club med but it's not all inclusive so you can choose the activities you want to do then pay for it.. we booked a forest theme room and it was beautiful and comfy.. really very resort feel.. rewind and chill. Then butler was kind enough to upgrade our room with both days with hot spring access.. love the hotel spring, with many different temperatures pool available. Every pool is designed in a way to give you and family a little privacy but there is also a station nearby with a lady to serve drinks and towels.. wonderful stay and will come by again..

The receptionist DaisyLi was friendly and attentive. She helped arrange a high-floor room with a great view. It was a pleasant stay. The welcome fruit in the room was fresh and delicious. The details were thoughtful and considerate.

The hotel is tall and classy, ​​like a five-star hotel. The room is spacious, with new facilities and a large bathtub. The location is okay, not far from the highway, the price is right, and it is suitable for a transit hotel to Baoji. The breakfast is rich. Overall, it is a very good and cost-effective hotel. It is worth recommending.

The hotel's environment is beautiful and the architectural design is very unique, making people feel relaxed. Hotel staff Judy service is very thoughtful, our requirements can be met in time, can be called silky service, Hedy left us a very good impression. The hotel rooms and gym are very attentive to protecting the privacy of guests, stay very comfortable and safe, very recommended.

Incredible hotel with exceptional services. Sparking cleaned with great amenities. The hotel is so big that one may get lost within it. Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.
