Hotels With Spa in Brandenburg, Germany

Unfortunately, the staff in the restaurant/at breakfast were more concerned with the guest - leaving on time (when I entered I was told that I would be arriving 10 minutes before breakfast ended. I just shouldn't say later that I didn't know that) - or not disturbing anyone (my husband wanted lunch and there was no staff to greet him. So he sat down at an unreserved table himself. The staff came and said that he was doing everything wrong and couldn't sit there. When I asked why and how he was doing it right, the answer was not particularly nice. But he was allowed to stay seated). A third not so nice experience: When I asked about the business center listed on Trip.com for working on a laptop, my husband had to pay 100 euros for 1 day - it was probably confused with a meeting room. The evening before, reception said that he could also sit in the empty restaurant. When he wanted to do this in the morning, the restaurant staff denied this. Unfortunately not such a nice stay for us.

Das Best Western Plus hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Alles ist sehr großzügig und die Zimmer ausgesprochen groß und sehr ansprechend vom Design. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Wellnessbereich mit einem Poolbereich und einem Saunabereich, in dem sich mehrere Saunen befinden. Stündliche Aufgüsse runden das Saunaerlebnis ab. Der Wellnessbereich kann von den Hotelgästen kostenfrei mitbenutzt werden, ist aber auch öffentlich zugänglich. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Nachdenken sollte das Hotelmanagement über die in Rechnung gestellten Parkkosten. Das empfanden wir als kleinlich, bei dem sonst so großzügigen Auftreten des Hotels.

Wir haben 2 Tage mit unseren Enkeln verbracht. Das Hotel ist für Kinder sehr geeignet. Das Spieleland,das Bastelzimmer und die Schwimmhalle haben uns gut gefallen. Der Außenspielplatz könnte noch etwas attraktiver werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als ganz besonderes Angebot schätzen wir die Großzügigkeit vom Hotel, dass man auch am Abreisetag noch alle Bereiche des Hotels nutzen darf und nur die Zimmer geräumt werden müssen. Das haben wir bisher noch nie in einem deutschen Hotel erlebt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

The hotel is big, conference-type, and all kinds of facilities are very good. It is by the lake and can park for free on the nearby roadside. The hotel is a bit off, there is a Chinese restaurant in a few minutes drive, and I walked past ten to twenty minutes.

Very helpful staff at the reception, who also help on the phone! This is how I received, for example, a water cooker on request and the information I needed. Since I had to do in the area, the location was ideal for me. There are few free parking places around the hotel, so it is better to book a parking place there, if necessary in the deep garage.

Wonderful! My last stay has been for 5 years, but you don't see the hotel. Specially, the friendly, careful, but unimpersive staff is to mention. You realize that everyone here is in the heart that you feel well, relaxed and willing to come back. After the current stay I wonder why it took so long that I was back there, although I enjoyed many weekends in hotels with spa just in winter. There is something to improve? Some saunas are a little small depending on the number of visitors and there may be more showers. But important is that everything worked and there was no maintenance bust. I'd like to come back, even soon.

The surrounding area was quiet, the room was clean and tidy, the two people stayed, and started to have a pillow and a small quilt. After calling the front desk, it was quickly sent. And 35,- € or even 30,- € with discount are inappropriate for the evening buffet, as some foods have very poor quality.

I booked this hotel for my elderly parents to stay for a couple of days. Unfortunately the location is in the middle of nowhere and too complicated for them to travel to the city. I guess if you are looking for peace and quiet this would be perfect. But they loved the breakfast!

This is not how bad the staff and the head of the SPA area are here and the i-tip was the hotel manager with it. We booked from Friday to Monday and we travelled forward on Sunday because we were made up by these people so that we had no recovery. PS is the worst error when the guest expresses his opinion against the management in this hotel.
