Shout-out to Eshan from guest relations for the warm welcome to the hotel. From the onset even before we reached the hotel, they already extended a very warm welcome by helping me handling my delivery and ensuring it is kept safely! Exactly the experience I need for a comfortable stay. Hotel looks really clean and neat. Hotel was very near to the airport (one link bridge away at level 3). Had all the facilities like Starbucks n bakery.

The location is on the southern edge but very close to the city center to the north. The view from the high-rise balcony room is very open. The room facing southeast faces the cemetery. If you mind, please let us know when you check in.

I've travelled more than 100 countries todate and have stayed in more than 15 different hotels in Germany. In terms of service level, the hotel staff during check in wasn't that friendly nor warm at all. The Staff even took deposit on my debit without informing me (she only mention about hotel tax). She only inform me after I noticed EUR80 being deducted and asked her about it. On the day I left on 26th Apr at around 6am, there was only 1 staff at the counter but he was at the crew only counter. He rejected my request to store my luggage with the hotel even though I will be returning in a week's time and check in again on 2nd May. He didn't even bother to check my next booking and simply told me to store it at the airport. The hotel also deducted hotel tax for 2 persons even though I was the only one checking in on 24th Apr. I emailed the hotel about this and agreed to rectify this overcharge (by the hotel) when I check in on 2 May. Unfortunately, I injured my ankle on 28th Apr while travelling around Munich and have not recovered since. As it is very inconvenient for me to drag my big luggage together with an in injured leg (I have been limping), I had to book Hilton hotel which is located much closer to the train station and the airport. Obviously, Steigenberger rejected my cancellation request since the booking is non cancellation. Well, for the sake of my poor ankle, I have no choice but to forgo the close to US$400/- paid upfront to the hotel. But never never again will I ever book this hotel again. Btw, Staff at Hilton and the other hotels I've stayed in the last 1 week were much more friendlier and helpful. Hilton is even willing to store my luggage for 12 days.

Several friends agreed to travel together and needed to transfer and stay for a while. The hotel is near the airport. You can take public transportation and get off at the ”Airport Train Station”. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk. It is also easy to find according to the navigation. We arrived very late, and the hotel staff was very patient and meticulous to check us in. Booking is relatively convenient. At first, we did not choose breakfast, and later canceled the original order and chose ”breakfast included”, which was very convenient. If you want to be sent to the airport, just make an appointment with the staff at the front desk in advance. It costs 5 euros per person, which is quite convenient. The room is relatively spacious, and there are many room types to choose from. The breakfast is also quite satisfactory. Some of them are on the menu, but not on site. You have to tell the waiter your needs and they will make them separately. Overall, I am satisfied.

A bare bones business hotel. Amenities need to be requested at the front desk. Not much options in the immediate area around the hotel for restaurants. The closest are at up the road at the nearest intersection. Breakfast is nice. Though the walls are thin. Didn't get a full bed, but two smaller ones pushed next to each other.

Delighted I stayed here instead of an airport hotel , only 25 mins to Frankfurt airport and a super relaxing place before a long flight , super friendly staff especially Jacky in the hotel restaurant and also had the pleasure of meeting some locals and long term residents to make the stay even more enjoyable , highly recommend it

The location is okay, nice and quiet, but it's a bit sad that the parking lot costs extra (and not a little), and there isn't even a wall box.

Overall good, but no Internet Access during my two night stay that was disappointed.

Within short walking distance of Terminal 1 with Rewe and Rossman in the same building - what else can we ask for ? We didnt want to go into the messy streets outside Frankfurt Main hence Hilton Garden at the airport was such an important place for us to rest before continuing our journey by train to Berlin. The regional train station is just 5 minute walk away beneath Terminal 1. 1) Rooms are neat and clean and well appointed though smallish 2) Crabtree toiletries are a good plus 3) Kettle and cups with Lavazza coffee sticks and Dilmah tea
