Reception staff and available staff .
Breakfast sugar salty products of variety and quality. Restaurant with 15% discount if accommodation at the hotel or cafeteria on site.
In addition, wines are of very good quality.
The reason why I chose this hotel is that it is not far from the ancient city, about one kilometer, you can reach it on foot, and the hotel has a small paid parking lot. The hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastically gave us directions on the tour. When I was having breakfast, I left my clothes in the restaurant, and the restaurant waiter helped me bring them up. It's just that this hotel is too old and the facilities are not up to four-star standards. As soon as I entered the room, there was a smell, similar to the smell of mutton. Only a quarter of the light ***** in the room was bright. When it was first turned on, the non-lit part flickered. The stone on the bathroom sink was broken and the stone floor was pitted. Unfair. The room is very small and there are no boxes in the empty space that can be opened. There were only three different plastic clothes hangers in the closet, which seemed to have been left by the residents. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and the restaurant seats were stained.

Clean, good location, large room. There is Chinese food next to it, convenient dining. The parking lot is not far away. The service reception staff is average and the restaurant English communication is poor.
I really like this hotel. It was converted from a monastery. The design is great and the management is first-class. The room is large and the breakfast is pretty good. Children under 4 years old need to pay breakfast and per capita fee, totaling 30 Euros.

PPabloall good. They let us check in at 11am. I cannot rate the facilities and breakfast since we did not use them. Good location, we were able to park nearby without a problem on a Saturday morning.
EEunice Moreno GallegoAlthough it is far from the center, it has a bus stop right in front that runs every 15' and only costs €1. The hotel has free parking, which you rarely find. The decoration is beautiful and the cleaning is very good.
EEdu Lence LopezThe hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The only thing is the spa a little small and too many people inside, yet I recommend it because it's very good. I was willing to come and not be defrauded in the reverse is a past. The next castle of Valbuena
GGuest UserAll wonderful, from the place, the environment, renovated buildings, the molino, the river, the gardens, the quality of food, staff ... A experience of which leaves footprint.
It was only one thing I didn't like, and it is that in the restaurant you can't choose a table because for your organization we would like all our guests to be pinned at a end of the restaurant, there are a lot of free tables.
