The hotel looks FANTASTIC. It’s a designer’s dream. The location is perfect. However, for a 4-star hotel and at that price (high for Alcalá) I was expecting some slippers, more choice of pillows and tea-coffee facilities inside the room. For a tea, I had to go to the bar next door and carry my boiling tea all the way to my room. Also, the mattress is HORRIBLE. I had a horrible night because it was so hard. I would invest in new mattresses. There wasn’t any extra duvet in the room either. I would return to try the Spa and if they change this basic things (tea boiler and mattresses), I would consider staying again since the place is so gorgeous.

The hotel is excellent for a stopover before catching a flight. I've stayed here several times. Except for the fact that breakfast is not included, everything else is very good. There is a big mall about 10 minutes' walk away where you can go shopping and eat. There is a gas station and a few simple fast food restaurants not far away opposite. There is a free bus to and from the airport, which runs every half an hour and only takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport. It is very convenient.

The location is excellent. Metro Line 1 is just 50 meters away. You can go to Atocha, Chamartin, Sofia, Prado, and Plaza del Sol with just one metro. The surrounding area is very lively, with restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores. The hotel is relatively new, and extra beds will be arranged for a trip of three. The room along the street has a small terrace to view the street view. There was a small problem when we checked in. The information delivered by the agent was wrong, and check-in was delayed for a while. The hotel front desk was very polite and gave us a welcome drink so that we could wait with peace of mind. Fortunately, Ctrip handled it quickly and solved it properly.

Made the mistake of booking this hotel for the second time after having forgotten about staying here a couple years ago. The hotel itself is fine but the shuttle service to the airport is atrocious. Got immediate PTSD when I remembered (upon arriving to the hotel bus stop). Took about 1.5 hours for the shuttle to show up for pickup at the airport (is advertised as a maximum of 45 mins). Then the line for the 2 check-in desks was unsurprisingly extremely long after a packed shuttle dropped off everyone at once. Bill Heinecke and Minor should be ashamed.

The hotel was very clean and very beautiful. Unfortunately the terrace was closed as I was there at winter time. The location is also relatively good and central. Why would I certainly book again

Near the airport (not walkable) Good facilities but all the windows seem to be cracked. Like the buildings on the slide. Takes away a bit of the feel as otherwise it would be an unspoilt view from the room and even the sauna in the gym area.

We had our flight cancelled in the middle of the night, which means we couldn't get any hotels for the same day because the booking time is too late. Even though I booked the room for the next day, the staff accepted to change it to this very same night. The room is big, everything is great. But the mini fridge light is off and some of the furniture a bit broken.

Although the hotel is far away, it is very close to the subway station. There is Carrefour downstairs, which is very convenient. The service of the hotel's front desk guy is also very good, and the hotel facilities are relatively new. The overall feeling is very good.

Very good service from the staff. The rooms were very clean and the services included in the stay were also very good. We will come back!

The room is good but the price is too high for what they offer. In the minibar there was no bottle of water. The bed was comfortable but in general quality/price ratio does not deserve it. The room costs €75 and you are asked for a surcharge for parking and breakfast!
