Staying in a deluxe room was much much better than an executive suite, hotel fulfilled our request to decorate our room for the anniversary. We started to enjoy our stay after our first day staying in executive suite ended up with disappointment, breakfast area very crowded but it's fine and restaurant staffs doing excellent job. When we check out Joshua very nice and professional, and we would be happy to stay again with Pullman in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Cawang LRT station, providing easy access to various parts of Jakarta. The room is clean, nice and comfortable to stay. Restaurant offers local and international culinary experiences in a cozy ambiance.

There is no refrigerator and hair dryer. Even though it is a 4-star hotel. Everything else is okay. The room is spacious. It is more economical to be a hotel member, because the room and restaurant food are discounted quite a bit. The fried rice is delicious. Oh yes, if you bring a car, it is better to go to the hotel before 10 pm. It seems that the hotel access road is closed if it is late at night. (You can confirm again with the hotel)

The hotel's exterior is incredibly luxurious, exuding a low-key elegance upon entering the lobby. The staff greet guests warmly and warmly. The rooms exude a warm atmosphere, the mattresses are comfortably comfortable, and the bathtubs are clean. The staff handle various inquiries exceptionally well. The hotel's dining options were also excellent, adding a lot of color to my trip.

How do I know if I enjoyed the stay here? I actually feel sad checking out of the hotel 😂 Room and bed was comfortable, I was able to get a good night sleep throughout my stay. Service was tip top, safety guaranteed and love the convenient link way to the mall. Hotel breakfast spread was huuuge there were plenty of options. I would definitely want to bring my family and friends over next time. If you’re looking for a comfy stay within the area I would definitely recommend this hotel! It’s more pricey but you get your money’s worth 👍🏻

I've got 5 Pillow for my stays Has 5 / 6 lifts and all works properly. Lobby has tree - minus After check in Go up to 12 floor butttt got trouble with key card error while tap in the room. Need waiting in line for 3 persons check in process ( only 1 receptionist ) only to get replacement tap in card, how horrible! But after all the receptionist say sorry to me, nice service. After that i go to the room and only found ONE toothbrush kit. I called the room service. But no one come for hours. Need to call twice to get my toothbrush kit. Has no proper tissue in toilet and barstand.

The hotel is not bad - typical city hotel working with a lots of group. The lobby is always crowded also is noisy earlier in the morning in the corridors when people are leaving. The rooms are fine , not small . Just the bath is a bit old.

I stayed here for just one night as a quick change of scenery, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I was given a room on the 21st floor, which offered a nice view and a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was decent — buffet style, with a good enough variety for a short stay. Nothing too fancy, but it did the job. The pool isn’t huge, but it’s enough to relax and cool off, especially if you’re not looking for anything too fancy. A solid option for a short stay in central Jakarta. The only downside was the air conditioning — it seems outdated and didn’t cool the room properly at all.

it was a great hotel to stay if you want an easy access to public transportation. so if you want to use public transportation you can consider to stay at this hotel to make your stay easier for getting and access to the public transportation
