Good is location. If you want hotel by the sea, then this is it. No other hotel offer such sea view and islands of Lae Lae. Bad points: Unfortunately the hotel is old and dirty. The lobby ceiling leaked, ac outlets are dirty. Room's cleanliness is average, chair and carpet are old and dirty. Bed sheets were a bit dirty. Everyday bath towels are smelly. No small towels for hand. Mininimum amenities. The breakfast spread is ok, fare of indonesian soto, mie ayam, various of nasi and chickens, egss, cakes fruits. The rooms is a bit damp, AC is average and noisy. Toom is thinly insulated, you can hear the noise from people talking at the alleys. Staff are friendly. This hotel should be 2 or 3 stars
If you want great view with an affordable price, then this hotel is for you. Choose the room with sea view to enjoy sunsets from your room. It's superb! The room is not too spacious but okhay. Worth at is price. Everything is clean. The breakfast also okhay. The provide delicious meal with quite wide range of options. Not so many, but sufficient. Overall, I love staying here
Everything is very good,,, only the receptionist is not very friendly and does not smile enough,,, especially the girl,, I checked in in the afternoon around 4 pm,,, it was indeed crowded because there were many events at that time,,, but no matter what the conditions are, welcoming guests must be friendly and smile,,,
Even the friendliness of the bellboy and the restaurant staff,,, they are pleasant even though the restaurant is crowded,,,
Delicious breakfast with many variations, clean rooms,,,,
Next, can be friendlier to guests, especially the receptionist ππ

Good Stuff
- Approximately 15mins walking distance to Losari Beach.
- There's a convenient store just outside the hotel, Circle K.
- Alot of cafes nearby, Maxx Coffee, MyCoffee, Fireflies Coffee, Starbucks.
- Approximately 3mins walk to Gelael Supermarket.
- WiFi connection was smooth.
- 2 bottles of mineral water topup daily even if you have 1 left(same goes for the toiletries and complimentary coffee/tea).
- Cool foamy handsoap, and it smells good, too.
- TV has quite a range of channels to keep you entertained.
Bad Stuff
- Toilet and shower are weirdly separated.
- Shower room doesn't have a shelve to place your own toiletries.
- One of the window locks was slightly damaged and wasn't locked.
- It can be quite noisy in the morning when a family with kids is using the swimming pool.
Facilities: First-class, free gym with well-equipped facilities
Hygiene: There is a dedicated person cleaning every day, very clean
Environment: Beautiful scenery with unobstructed views of the city
Service: The front desk and staff speak fluent English and have a good attitude
The reception staff went our their way to help me: they directed my Bluebird taxi driver, as he could not speak English; they helped me with ordering a Grab taxi; and even after I left the hotel, they contacted me to notify me about a restaurant I was asking them about. I am particularly thankful to Ms. Dewa for this support.
Suitable for family and friends who are traveling or vacationing in Makassar. The location is close to the mall and places to eat. Overall, it is recommended.
The room is clean and the breakfast options are really nice as they provide some traditional delicacies that I loved π

JJarina BintiItβs not a bad option if you need to catch an early flight out from Hasanuddin Airport. The staff are great and welcoming. The water dispenser is very much welcomed.
But if youβre a light sleeper, you may not get any sleep here because you will hear flights landing and taking off throughout the night (itβs a busy airport!).
Rooms are not big and the facilities may need refurbishing (lime scale stains and bad drainage in the toilet need to be addressed soon).

GGuest UserThe hotel is on the seaside, very close to it on foot. The breakfast buffet the next day was also good. There is a good seafood restaurant near the hotel. It is a recommended hotel.

MmotorideAs expected from a famous hotel chain, it is basically clean. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is varied. One thing that is disappointing is that the floor is carpeted so it smells a bit.
