Hotels With Spa in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan

I stayed at this hotel the other day. The front desk staff were very polite and heartwarming. I especially appreciated how they dealt with my forgotten belongings quickly and courteously without a single complaint. Also, when I used the large public bath early in the morning, it was all to myself, and I was able to spend a relaxing time watching the sunrise, which was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for providing such great service and an excellent environment. I would definitely like to use your services again.

This was the most satisfying hotel experience of our trip to Japan. From the moment we were welcomed at the entrance to our final farewell wave as the shuttle bus departed, every detail was impeccable. The rooms, dining, and hot springs were all absolutely faultless.

first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

The impressions are the most rosy. About the pros: 1. The hotel looks well-kept and new. The room is large, with a balcony, toilet with shower, there is a mini-bar, tea accessories, pajamas, yukatas, everything is in place. Small gifts. Everything was very nice. There is a coffee machine in the lobby area, you can take books to read, there is a souvenir shop. 2. Warm attitude during the serving of food, especially during dinner. The taste of the food and the quality for me were excellent. As a foreigner unfamiliar with the traditions of the cuisine, we are grateful for the opportunity to touch the culinary microclimate of the region. Although I understand that my opinion cannot be considered expert. 3. A good area with onsen. There is an indoor pool and rotenburo, there is no need to bring towels from the room. There is a small common lounge area with drinks and ice cream. Minor minuses: 1. If you go to the hotel by taxi, it takes you to a gravel path, and then you calmly get there by walking a little to the official entrance of the hotel. But if you walk, and it's about 20 minutes from the station, then knowing that you went through a more convenient service entrance, the detour to the main entrance will seem strange, although in the end it has its own charm. 2. The service at the entrance to the hotel seems a little blurry. Especially after the service in the same restaurant. But we arrived late in the evening, so it is likely that everyone was just tired by the time we arrived. 3. The hotel held a lecture on our evening, but it was in Japanese. Although I do not see a mechanism by which it could be made more accessible. Hiring a translator who would translate into English for a couple of foreigners is strange. Conducting it in English when most of the guests were Japanese is wrong. The hotel is not cheap, but I think it is worth the money. I highly recommend it.

The location is very good, just near the train station, the price is affordable, breakfast is included, the breakfast is relatively simple, I stayed for three days, the buffet is the same. I came in April, there is a row of cherry trees planted on the road in front of the door, it is very beautiful, the service and hygiene are very good, there are ramen restaurants, izakayas, and a large supermarket around, very convenient

Fantastic service and experience. Seamless check-in from the moment we were greeted at the front porch all the way being orienteered around the hotel and escorted to the hotel. Facilities immaculate, especially loved the Onsen. Information regarding our dietary requirements have been communicated well through the different teams at the hotel.

The service is very good. There are waiters who can speak Chinese and are very kind. The food was also great, kaiseki was amazing, very good tableside service, traditional Japanese restaurant. There are two public hot spring baths with their own characteristics. The male bath and the female bath are fixed every night, so you can experience both baths. The hot spring quality is very good, the hotel environment is clean and there are many facilities, which is very suitable for family travel. A very recommended hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Kamenoi Hotel! The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the lake (＜1 min walk from the 湖畔前 bus stop). The rooms were very clean and comfortable, amenities were great as well (indoor and outdoor onsen, free ramen during supper time). Do note that there is no shower in the room.

The hotel is very close to the attractions, there are private hot springs for hot springs, the staff are also very good, the rooms are very clean and comfortable to live, far from Nikko Station, it takes more than half an hour to walk, you have to take a car, but the environment is good, if I will stay again next time I have a chance,

The surrounding environment and service are very good. The western restaurant is elegant and the service is thoughtful. The room is a bit old and can't be compared with new hotels, but the overall experience is still very comfortable. The sun came out when I left, and the snow scenery was super beautiful
