Lovely hotel directly at the river. Beautiful balcony for breakfast and restaurant food, another terrace directly at the river for relaxing and reading. Rooms are spacious and clean. Walls not too thick though. Stuff is super friendly and welcoming. Free airport/train station shuttle and shuttle to the city center.

I love everything about this hotel. I actually booked it at the very last minute as I had to cancelled the other hotel due to incorrect date. Room was so spacious, very clean, and the breakfast spread was not bad too. If you are vegetarian, you may ask them to make new ones if they have it. Pool was really great, staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Do not worry if the location is just a bit out of the centre, they have free shuttle services & pick up too. The spa massage was amazing too. And i love that they also provide free shuttle to train station or airport if you stay 2 nights. Do not hesitate to book this hotel!

My parents liked the rural-style, yet rustic look. The swimming pool was clean and the room condition was satisfactory for the price. However, even though it was well past the check-in time, the room was not cleaned, so my parents had to wait for an hour without being able to eat, and they behaved somewhat incomprehensibly, such as asking to exchange the old dollars that someone else had paid for new bills. In the first place, they took other guests' old bills. I'm not a bank, so why are they asking me to exchange it? Other than that, everything was good.

The garden is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained—our kids loved running around while we relaxed in the serene atmosphere. The location is great, just a few minutes from the town center, making it easy to explore local shops, markets, and restaurants. Despite being close to everything, the hotel still feels quiet and relaxing. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—clearly well taken care of. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness. The staff are amazing—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made our stay even more memorable by going above and beyond for our family. And the breakfast? Simply superb! A great variety of local and international options, fresh fruits, and delicious coffee or tea’s to start the day right. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a cozy, garden-side stay near town!

I changed my reservation to this hotel temporarily. It was a very satisfactory reservation. The hotel is in a suitable location and very quiet. It provides shuttle buses, but you can also walk to Foreigner Street, Mount Phu Si and the night market. The room is very clean, soundproof, and well equipped. The breakfast is exquisite. This price is very satisfactory.

とても良かったです！スタッフの皆さんも終始笑顔で気持ちよく過ごせました。 チェックイン時におしぼりとウェルカムドリンクをいただきながら、朝食や市内トゥクトゥクサービス、レンタルサイクルなどの説明をしていただきました。 部屋もファブリックが素敵で良い香りもし、リラックスして過ごせました。 朝ごはんはラオス式朝食の中でもホテルの方のオススメをチョイス。大当たりで、4泊の滞在中一番美味しい朝ごはんでした。朝食会場にはエスプレッソマシンもあり、好きなコーヒーが飲めます。 また泊まりに来たいです！

The hotel is in a very good location, 5 minutes walk from the night market and the Grand Palace! 2 minutes walk from the Mekong River! The hotel is very clean and tidy, quiet in a busy city! The room is cleaned every day, and there are many breakfast packages to choose from! The hotel can book all tickets for you!

The hotel is just opposite Aman, the location is very good and easy to find, and it is convenient for shopping. The interior is beautifully decorated and can be seen to be carefully maintained. But maybe the service of the previous hotel was too good, the service of this hotel always makes people feel a little bit short, it can only be said to be average. There are not many types of breakfast, the shower room takes a long time to get hot water, and the water pressure is unstable and sometimes hot and sometimes cold. There is no kettle in the room.

Рядом крутой отель с этнической музыкой - она не мешала и играла редко Один завтрак пропустили и встали поздно, воду и кофе надо просить, хотя это входит в фри меню и нам обычно приносили к номеру, оставляли на столике, а тут будто были недовольны, что я спрашиваю. Разбиты плафоны около кровати Когда выбирали номер на трипком, было три свободных и мы хотели найти с двухместной кроватью, но при въезде нам сказали, что все номера заняты и есть только с двумя кроватями, хотя рядом был еще свободный номер с двухместной кроватью Из меню завтрака были недоступны большинство позиций, а из соков только один + кофе/чай Но в целом, тут хорошие отели вокруг и этот нам сначала очень понравился, что оформили аренду сразу на два дня

-The staffs are very friendly. Even though English is not their first language, they utilize translation app and enjoy the conversation with the guests. Very open-minded. -The room is super clean. -The location is a bit away from the historical area (30mins+ on foot) but you can enjoy the local life along the way to the area. It was my first trip to Laos, and only for two days, but it became a very pleasant stay. Would love to visit again.
