Repeated stay due to convenient location with shopping malls, eateries and tourist attractions.
However the check in experience was bad, wonder where are all the friendly n welcoming front desk staffs? Guests gotta greet them first before they greet guestsš Used to meet many friendly n smiling FD staffs during my visits to stay at Hatten and even recommended my friends to stay at Hatten.
But the standard of proffessionalism seems to drop.š¤My room aircon not cold enough n the room is humid, since only 1 night stay for this trip, the tiredness n the check in experience puts me off for a room changeš
Almost slipped n fell in the bathroom due to water leaking to floor after shower. After checking maybe due to old rubber glass door strips not covering the full door panel thus causing water to escapeš±š¤
Despite all above, it is still my first choice n a good clean hotel to stay.š
Just hope the hotel can go through some renovation to refresh and upgrade the rooms as some counter surface in the bathroom areas are chipped. Hope to see some family rooms with x2 double beds or x1 queen bed with x1 single bed with views too!š

Beautiful staycation. Have been wanted to try this classic and the oldest hotel in Malacca for so long and my husband decided to stay here for me and my sonās birthday this year. Very good location literally 5 minutes away from all the attractions, 5 minutes to Jonker Walk & museums. The services also very impressive. They provided small yummy chocolate cake and deco for our birthdays inside the room. My husband also got assisted with his wheelchair as he was just one week post op. Breakfast were ala carte style but you can have unlimited orders. Malacca curry noodles was yummy! Swim pool also simple but super nice my kids love it. The room deco was classic and everything was perfect! Had a great staycation here and even recommended it to our family members. Thank you Majestic Malacca for our beautiful family staycation š

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. Itās a building by itself with own compound. Ample parking space. It is build beside a cruise ship jetty(not sure if itās in operation). Room is big, have all the amenities needed. Hair dryer, tooth brush, shampoo etc. The shampoo is Dove brand which is good as it has moisturizer. Bed is super big and comfortable, water pressure is good and air conditioning is not noisy. We had a good night sleep here. A few POI are walkable. Jonker street will be a little far (about 20 mins easy walk). Opposite is a shopping center. Overall is a good hotel to stay.
We had a pleasant stay overall with good children facilities, and like it when toilet and bath area is separated. It is expected the location is far away and finding restaurants nearby is challenging.
Needed to improve on attentive to services as luggage took hours to send to my room and calling for housekeeping also needed reminders after waiting for 30+ mins.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience, mainly due to the very friendly and welcoming staff. However, I would rate my stay 6/10, as there are several areas that need improvement.
Swimming Pool Experience: While we respected the rule of wearing swimming caps, the caps provided were reused, still wet, and had an unpleasant smell. This was quite unhygienic and should be addressed.
Towel Policy: We were required to register when entering the pool, which was fine. However, the restriction on bringing the towel back to the hotel room was inconvenient, as we had to return it while still wet.
Facility Access Issues: The Kids' Room and Gym were inaccessible as our access card did not work, no hotel staff inside as well. This was frustrating since we were unable to use these amenities.
Renovation Disturbance: The hotel was surrounded by renovation noises, which made it difficult to fully relax during our stay.

I enjoyed one night stay with my family in the hotel You can see good views from the 13th floor. Very comfortable bed but the aircon is a bit cold.Furthermore, you can watch TV channels if you want.
The location is strategic and there is free parking on the 2nd floor. Children can play at kid's club and swimming pool there. Adults can do gym too.
Stayed at Noble Hotel Melaka recently and had a pleasant experience! The room was nice but small, still comfortable and clean. The location is very convenientāclose to a convenience store and plenty of shops nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is available but optional; I chose not to have it since there are many nearby food options. Definitely recommended for a hassle-free stay in Melaka!

The place is furnished with beautiful antique furnitures, it is good if you love antique Chinese furnitures and get photos. Crews are very friendly and helpful, location is good, 1 min walk to jonker street. The room however is very basic, quite small and you could say old. Sprung mattress where you can feel the spring and the bed creeks when you move. Aircond and water heater was ok. Thereās no bidet in toilet. Amenities are good. A very very basic room.
Overall, if you want to take nice photos, yes. Room wise, donāt expect too much.
Added value, free buffet breakfast, nice š
Spacious room with additional 1 single bed. really exceed our expectation. big bathroom, we were really satisfied with the accomodation. dinner and breakfast provided in the room rate. Thanks very much to trip.com for the recommendation. All staff really helpful. Please join all free activities and amenities provided at this resort such as morning/night safari walk, movie watching, gym/library/swimming pool.

I stayed for 3D2N at Rm 323. For the price paid , I expected more from Casa Del Rio Melaka Hotel. Such as :
1. The lock for the sliding door to the balcony is faulty. I didnāt feel safe sleeping.
2. The shower glass door is mouldy, the moldy rubber gasket could be easily replaced.
3. While showering, the Floor trap was apparently choked, water level rose to almost my ankle.
4. Bathroom floor is not clean. Corner of wall is stained both on the floor & wall.
5. WC flush is also very slow in clearing the waste. Obviously thereās choke thatās not being cleared.
6. Window & Door not sound proof. I was awaken by the sound of the fire crackers , pyrotechnics. I couldnāt sleep.
Itās obvious housekeeping didnāt clean / sanitise thoroughly before giving green light for guest to check in.
I liked the fact that itās located by the Malacca river. I appreciated that the maintenance swiftly cleared the choke in the shower area after I highlighted to front desk. I also liked that hotel provide shuttle to Dataran Palawan. I appreciate that hotel allowed us late check out in order for me to perform my prayer.
If I come to stay at Casa del Rio again, it is because of its location.

HHaqimThe Room Capacity - is good - complied with standards Deluxe room size, worth the price.
Hotel Concept - such a contemporary urban structure of exterior, while its interior is modern and elegant. There is a little bit luxurious touches for the lobby that makes it look professional and welcoming. Rooms with minimalist furniture, good comfortable bed and functional layout. There is also slightly fusion of traditional elements in some areas.
Services - staff is just friendly and nice.
Location - in the heart of malacca city, just a little bit hidden as itās located distinguished from Dataran Pahlawan, but still walkable in less than 5 minutes.
Overall, this is a great hotel for those need privacy with coziness and loves the concept of urban contemporary with the unique touches of traditional fusion. āļøāļøāļøāļø
