The check-in process was very slow despite the friendliness and service from the receptionist who was very polite and kind. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The food choices at breakfast were quite limited but worth it. And again, the service of the staff here was top-notch and very good, so well done and thank you to the hotel team for that.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully designed, with a filtered water faucet that added extra comfort and convenience. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for anyone looking to explore George Town. It’s just a 10-minute walk from the jetty, making it easy to get around. There is a convenience store and several cafes located on the first floor, which made grabbing a quick bite at the end of the day super convenient. The gym is on the smaller side, but it’s well-equipped with all the basic necessities for a decent workout. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, I’d definitely return!

The kettle is not clear and bathroom and bathroom very comfortable and will come back stay again.the room designed very model and love it.

The reception is really grand and nice. They also offered a cup of welcome drink once u arrive. However there's a weird smell in the bathroom basin. Not sure what is that smell but it was there all the time. Probably cos of the age of the hotel. Bed was clean and super big! Got the deluxe king room with sea view but we got the room slightly block. So not v sure if it's worth, maybe its also because we checked in pretty late... Will recommend people with kids because the pool looks fun and also near the beach. Location is pretty good as its about the heart of batu ferringhi.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The bed sheet had some stains, which made me wonder whether it was not changed or not properly cleaned. Additionally, I found some dinosaur-shaped biscuits under the bed, indicating that the room may not have been thoroughly cleaned by the housekeeping staff. I hope this can be improved for future guests 😊

Had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was a highlight. They offered a great variety of local Penang cuisine with live stations preparing char kuey teow, tosai, hokkien mee, and curry mee fresh on the spot. One minor downside was the housekeeping service. I requested an extra towel but was told it could only be provided the next morning. Other than that, everything else was great.

first time here. first impression better than expected. just short drive away from bertam exit. beautiful room and very clean. friendly and helpful staff. we opted for going out for food rather than stay in. just across there’s a small town but really have all we need. there’s street food vendor during weekends which makes it better. definitely will come back and try the water park

Pros: The hotel is centrally located in the heart of georgetown. It's my second time in 6 months. It's nice that they always let you check in early. Plenty of carpark so nothing to worry about. Cons: Toilet is always clogged. They really gotta do something about it. Breakfast needs improvement. Variety is too little.

Pro Location is super near to a very big mall which is Gurney Plaza, just walk less than 2min after exit hotel lobby Cleaniness are well maintained. Super friendly staff, feels welcome the moment u stepped in. I took the executive package which comes with free flow drinks, food, and also simple dinner and free flow alcohol in the evening. However if you are planning for food trip around Penang you might want to opt out this. Free parking, decent size swimming pool for children, great gym with lots of equipment but might be a bit cramp, great variety for breakfast buffet. They share facilities with nearby G Hotel Kelawei like swimming pool, gym and lounge. Besides Kelawei has a pool party which is free to play. They have a buggy to bring you there too. Cons I got a room with bad working AC. Took some time to get it done. I took the buffet dinner at 168 but not much choices and even though the theme is crab but the crab always gone the moment they refill and you need to wait min 10min till the next round. Would recommend to go outside for a better dinner.
