Service is tip top. Everyone is very polite and friendly from front desk to door men to f&b staff. However the room could be better. The water pressure is not strong enough and there's something wrong with the mixer tab because halfway through showering the water will turn cold. Another thing is the WiFi speed, it's too slow.

Decent hotel situated at a good location close to Ipoh city. The room was spacious and well-equipped, but the cleanliness was questionable. It was as if the room had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests had left. The bed sheets and the pillow cases also seemed as if they had not been washed properly. Other than those complants, overall I had a decent stay at this hotel.

Service was excellent. The resort was really beautiful and peaceful. You really feel like you're not even in Malaysia at all! The breakfast was really good! Had a wide selection of western and local delights. And it's ala carte buffet so they cook it whenever you order! Drinks are complimentary in your room. Jeff cellar was amazing but do note there's a dress code and it's set meal and dining will take 2.5hrs. Surprising I was not bitten by any mosquitoes. But the spring water in the room was not hot enough... the pool was a little dirty which I feel can be improved... overall though a very nice experience and will definitely come back again!

It is a very lovely guest house with great atmosphere. Especially, I have to thank a staff who was on duty on 18th night shift sincerely. My grandmother was uncomfortable on that night, we were looking for pills to stop her stomach ache from the reception at around 3am in the midnight, the staff was very kind, he drove my sister to the nearest convenience store to get the pills and finally my grandmother felt better after that.

I stayed here to recuperate after breaking my ankle, and I felt that they were always considerate, such as when boarding the boat and the location of my room. All the staff members had excellent hospitality. Best of all, the facility is surrounded by nature, which allowed me to forget about everyday life and relax. Next time I'd like to participate in the activities as well.

Minus 1 rating is due to few hiccups we encountered which thankfully resolved by your team efficiently. As my stay is short i can only experience a few of your facilities and im entirely satisfied using them. (maybe the socks price a bit too high for low quality sock when entering the kids room). The most interesting view near by (besides) Lost World of Tambun, Ipoh, Perak; the scenery looks very interesting and the view is great. All the facilities of this unit Onsen S-08-13 here and the comfort is good. The service from the management is also good and very helpful. Highly recommended to those out there who want the satisfaction of the Lost World of Tambun view, the location is also close to a few good places to go out to eat for domestic and foreign tourists. One of good place to stay in today.
