I booked in trip.com for a Junior Suit and they gave us another room a doble superior. Then we went to use the pool and they didn’t have any towels, I asked the guy was in charge, he said I’ll bring some, he never comeback I was freezing with my children at the pool, I took them with me I went to look for someone to bring us towels.
At the beginning they give us a room smelling full of humidity I have to asked them to change the room. All the experience was just ok. But I’ll never go back.
