It’s located in the middle of Aonang Night Market and beach. So, very convenient to access those area. Facilities and service is perfect. They even provide the welcome fruits in the room which is very good 👍 Only the toilet ventilation is not good, overall is perfect and I had a pleasure vacation with Deevana.

Rooms, services and locations are good. Only problem is the noise.  Unfortunately we were located in building #2 with a room directly on the street. Very noisy until 23:00 and start again early morning. The hotel location is good but make sure to ask for a room far from the street. Avoid also the rooms near the swimming pool as music is loud, hard to relax by the pool. If you plan to read books or even work on your emails, stay away from the loudspeakers. Breakfast is good but a lot of improvement could be done to improve the customer experience. Eggs station is in the middle which mean customer’s are queuing in the middle and blocking the way.. Would be much better for the customer flow if eggs station is on a side. Easy at no cost. Only three coffee machines for a large hotel. That could be fine if it was efficient machines. I’ve never seen so slow coffee machines. Makes no sense to have a full cup of Americano. I waited 20 minutes for a coffee until it run out of water and coffee beans empty. All customers in the waiting line complained about the speed. Yes it is holidays and we have time but while family had breakfast, I was queuing for coffee ! Espresso was fast but when other customers took Americano or Cappuccino, it is incredibly slow.  Room wasn’t ready before 15:30. Very noisy street, building 2 is probably the worst. Room 2307 electrical plugs doesn’t work. Only one out of four could be used. We use two flat connectors type. Would be great to replace plugs. Water in the alley from room 2305, 2303 every morning, certainly after the guest showers.

The room was big and clean. The pool was small but had a jacuzzi area. Water was also clean but it can’t be helped that there would be insects after the night. Netflix was a plus at night and rainy times. Location was abit far from the busy area but they offer a free shuttle to Aonang beach and night market. Service is great; they provided welcome drink and snacks, and also a take away care pack of sandwiches and juice upon check out. Overall a recommended place to stay!

I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from impressive. The lobby area looked pristine, and the hotel certainly took pride in its public spaces, but the room left much to be desired. When we walked in, it was immediately apparent that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. It seemed like they cleaned around the room rather than doing a deep clean. There were dead bugs on the wall, which was pretty off-putting, and the hand-held bidet was in an unacceptable state. It wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, nor was it attended to during our stay. For a hotel that supposedly offers a high standard, these oversights were shocking. Given the hefty price we paid—more than what I’ve spent at 5-star hotels—I expected far better. The room itself was disappointing and clearly not maintained to the standard one would expect from a hotel of this supposed calibre. For the money, this hotel did not deliver the quality it promised. Adding to the disappointment, the breakfast experience was just as underwhelming as the room. The hotel proudly claims that their bakery items are baked in-house, even displaying this in the restaurant—but this couldn’t be further from the truth. There wasn’t a single trace of fresh bakery aroma, and the items served looked and tasted like they came straight out of a supermarket package. The overall breakfast selection was poor, lacking variety and freshness. Despite having paid for it as part of our stay, we ended up choosing not to eat there after the first attempt. The tea was weak and flavorless, and the machine-made hot drinks were almost undrinkable. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay premium prices, expecting 4-star quality, only to receive service and amenities that wouldn’t pass for a 3-star. This stay was a major letdown from start to finish.

Forest-style resort hotel, with comfortable rooms and a crib provided. The breakfast is also very rich, with various delicious options. The restaurant and bar in the hotel also have a particularly good environment. If you don't like to spend money in the hotel, the nearby small village is also very close, which is convenient for dining and travel. There are snorkeling projects in the small village, and you can also choose to go fishing in the sea. There are also bars in the village, which are very lively in the evening. The check-in experience is very good, and I will come again if I have the chance.

the hotel is amazing, very clean and aircon works amazingly well. the hotel is relatively new, which a brand new night market opposite, very convenient as well. the hotel also has a lobby which makes it easy for any tour buses to come. highly recommended for the pricing. however, due to the humidity, the floor will get wet due to cold condensation. not sure if the hotel can do anything about it, maybe can provide slippers for hotel usage. other than that, it is very good and clean and nice!

Breakfasts are excellent. Prices in the restaurant and spa are reasonable. Hot springs and the hotel grounds are well-kept and very beautiful. The staff is friendly, but the room was not cleaned very well. Keep in mind that the hotel is remote from civilization, and it will be difficult to get there. I liked the vacation there, I recommend it.

We stayed at Nattha Waree Hot Springs Resort before, and it was ok. This time stayed for two nights, Oct 06 and Oct 7, 2022 It was a big disappointment; the reception staff did not help check it. Our room had NO cold water, only boiling water... There was no room cleaning, but we did get fresh towels. Airline-type breakfast at its worth the same unhelpful reception staff. It was a bad experience. I hope Nattha Waree Hot Springs Resort can hire better staff.

In my opinion, the best accommodation option on Koh Hai. Excellent restaurant, they cook delicious steaks. We checked in at 12 o'clock in a house on top of a hill with a stunning view from the balcony. The staff speaks excellent English, very friendly. Hornbills fly right onto the territory (near the massage), they are not afraid.

AAimee.CA Mixed Honeymoon Experience at Pakasai Resort, Krabi 💚 My husband and I recently stayed at Pakasai Resort in Krabi for our honeymoon, spending 6 days and 5 nights in their charming Honeymoon Chalet (Room 423). While the resort’s eco-friendly concept and tranquil natural environment created a memorable stay, our experience was a mix of highs and lows due to varying levels of service. On a positive note, we were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of Hakim and Ibrahim, two staff members who truly went above and beyond. Hakim (the one who attached in photo with loved one) welcomed us warmly on our first night, providing fantastic recommendations for must-visit spots in Krabi, which really enhanced our trip. Ibrahim (didn’t get a chance to take a photo, he was on his off day during our last day in Pakasai) was equally helpful, especially when he assisted us with our heavy baggage to our chalet, located at the highest point of the resort. His suggestion to rent a bike in Krabi made exploring the area more enjoyable and convenient. However, our experience at the front desk left us feeling disappointed and disrespected. After a tiring walk back from Aonang Landmark Night Market for 20 minutes, my husband and I were exhausted and thirsty. We decided to rest at the lobby and politely asked the receptionist named Pin, if we could have some water to drink. Her response was curt and dismissive: “Here don’t have water. If you want water, you can go to the restaurant to buy it,” she said, pointing to the restaurant without a smile. As me and my loved one came with a background in hospitality, we found this interaction unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. What made it worse was witnessing her behavior toward other guests shortly after. When a few Western guests arrived, her demeanor completely changed—she greeted them warmly, with smiles and respect. This stark contrast made me question whether there was a double standard in how Asian and Western guests are treated. Despite this incident, Pakasai Resort has much to offer, with its peaceful environment, eco-conscious practices, and the strong hospitality of most staff members. I would also like to kindly request that management recognizes Hakim and Ibrahim for their outstanding service, as their dedication truly made our stay memorable. Staff like them are an asset to the resort and should be rewarded for their exceptional efforts. To Pakasai Resort management, I hope you can address inconsistencies in service to ensure every guest feels valued, respected, and welcomed equally.

TTellaWe stayed in the villa P123 on the ground floor. It has a decent sea view from the patio but is very close to the nail salon that blocks the view from the window. there is a second unit above and the first night thw upstairs neighbors had kids that ran around the room a lot whuch was quite annoying, so maybe ask for an upstairs unit if you are sensitive to noise. Everyone was very friendly except one receptionist. I can't remember his name, maybe Sun. He didnt smile or greet us when we arrived, just harshly put a clipboard in front of me and asked me to fill in the paperwork. It was a very bad introduction to the hotel and I was worried that we picked the wrong hotel. Fortunately, everyone else is quite nice. Not truly professional and some of the wait staff were a bit negelegent or got impatient during peak hour dinner service, but that is more understandable than the recption being so cold. we unfortunately had the same receptionist on check out and he was just as cold so i can't blame it on a bad day. So the rest of the staff are nice and helps quickly when we asked about the airconditioner leaking and greeted politley whenever we passed, the other receptionists always look up and smile and said hello when we were in the area. The breakfast was good and varied each day. the bed was comfortable and there was a double bed and single bed which was convenient for our family. thw room was cleaned daily at about 3pm. we only recieved clean towels on the first 2 days and the next 3 days our towels were not changed, not sure why. the shower water was sometimes cold, we thought maybe because the power goes off whenever you leave yohr room (no alternative to this situation). then we thought maybe we share a geyser with the upstairs neighbors and they finished the water...couldnt figure it out the air con worked but needed to be cleaned twice to continue working or it would leak heavily. the location is ideal. only a small road separates you from the beach. the longtail boats to get to the othwr islands is nearby. the busy restaurant and bar street is close enough to shop at but not close enough to create noise and a diaturbance at night the hotels restaurant food is better than most of the other places, though Le Medusa restaurant next door was our favorite. the pool is beautiful, unfortunately closing early at 6pm. I would stay in this hotel again and don't regret booking it. None of the issues were big enough to concern us, I just wanted to write a useful review.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel on the beach. The rooms, service and breakfast were pleasing. There are free kayaks, you can swim to the neighboring beaches. The hotel itself is located away from busy areas and shops. Therefore, you need to either take a bike, you can at the hotel, or buy everything you need in advance. Tuk-tuk does not go to this hotel, there are no taxis on the island. To get from the hotel to the north of the island you will need a hotel transfer. I liked the hotel, for a vacation for several days, in silence and almost no people on the beach.

GGuest UserGreat Experience Overall Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the staff very kind, and everything was very clean. During our stay, we stayed in two different rooms. The first room was a bit older, with the only issue being a strong odor coming from the bathroom drains. Aside from that, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The second room we stayed in was much newer, with an excellent bathroom and very good, comfortable facilities overall. The only drawback in this room was the pillows, which were not very comfortable. The hotel's location is very good. Although it faces the less pleasant side of the beach (Railay East), overlooking a mangrove, it is directly in front of the floating pier, the main arrival point for the beach. It also has a back exit that leads almost directly to the small town center and is just a few minutes' walk to Railay West, the more beautiful side of the beach. Overall, the cost-benefit is definitely worth it.

GGuest UserStayed 3 nights at Dusit. Had a pleasent experience overall. Breakfast selection was decent enough. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff working there were all amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities were awesome though. Hotel comes with complimentary workout classes and water sports for those interested. The pools were huge with more than enough sunbeds spread throughout the pools and beach. The private beach at the resort is amazing as well. Its never busy and had awesome views of sunsets. But be prepared to walk alot in this resort as it is such a huge compund. You can request a buggy but it may take a while. Not the most convenient in terms of location but it is to be expected for a private resort. There are decent restaurants nearby if you want other places to eat other than at the resort. This is the place for anyone looking to relax and zen out. Would choose to stay there again just for the vibes and serenity.

IIvorineIt's hard to dislike this place as the view makes up for a lot. Some of the amenities are a bit dated. We had some bad luck with our jacuzzi tub not working properly but after we got the staff to understand what was wrong they came and fixed it. They are very accommodating and they really do their best to make your stay as nice as possible. Pay the extra money for the breakfast. It's really worth it. So much choice and made with care. The one big downside really is that you have to hike the monkey trail or catch a boat to get to Ao Nang. And the hotel food prices are a bit on the high side. We didn't mind ourselves, but if you have difficulty climbing the stairs it might be inconvenient. At night the longtail boats from Ao Nang Beach ask a ridiculous amount of money to ferry you to the hotel. On the plus side; you get an amazing view every time you look out your window. The bed is comfortable. The food (if you don't mind the cost) is tasty. The staff is super nice. The pool is great. Did I mention how amazing the view was already? It really is a tranquil place and we enjoyed our time there immensely. So, no 5* but that's only 'cause I think the attention to detail could be a bit better for the price range.
