The staff were very friendly and helped to organize the transport to Kilimanjaro airport. The driver was extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were also quite clean. I had an issue with some noise from the AC units in my room, also the wifi does not really work in the room, making it very difficult to contact people. The food in the restaurant is decent, though took longer than expected. The place is well maintained, though seemed to be quite empty.

The hotel opened in 2019. The design and facilities in the room are very new. The safe does not need to enter the password every time, and the makeup πͺ is also automatically dimmed. The design and decoration color matching of the hotel are very fashionable. The view from the rooftop bar is very good. If you miss the dinner time, you can have a light meal there and enjoy the Meru Mountain opposite, which is said to be the second highest mountain in Tanzania. The only shortcoming of the hotel is that the city view room is very close to the hotel's equipment room and the noise is very loud. It's okay to close the balcony door during the day, but people who are sensitive to noise at night should not choose the city view room.

There are some breakfasts, the fruit is very worth mentioning, the taste is very good and fresh, belongs to the English breakfast, the hotel is equipped with a restaurant, and there is a Chinese menu, but 60 yuan a bowl of white rice is not dare to try, the price of Western food is very close to the people, there is a beautiful yard, and it is very comfortable to walk outside. At night, you can blow a cool wind, the room is quite satisfactory, the bedding can still see the quality, overall it is very good, but it may be because of one person, I don't feel like the best room type, there is a room with a bathtub, and I am too lazy to change it.

The room was spacious and the service staff was warm, because I came back on foot and helped me brush my shoes for free. Breakfast also told me that I can not order a free combination of packages. The only thing is that the road to the hotel is more bumpy. When the driver drove past, I thought where to go.

Bbeauty925This is a beautiful, welcoming and heartwarming resort. We live on the mountains and the temperature difference between day and night is very large. The children wore long sleeves when they had dinner. This is our first time staying in a hotel with a stove, and when we have dinner, the waiter asks if our living room and master bedroom need to turn on the oven to warm the room first. When the children were going to bed, they opened the bed, and each bed was filled with hot water bags. It was warm and comfortable. It warmed us all [Wangchai] [Cave teeth] and there was a place that moved us. When choosing dessert after dinner, I told the waiter that we wanted vanilla for ice cream, and he told me they had a mix, a ball of vanilla and a ball of strawberries, and I said it was okay. When it was served, he helped us all change to two balls of vanilla [screaming teeth] because he knew our whole family loved vanilla ice cream, and here you must try this vanilla ice cream, it is really delicious [screaming teeth]

Veel ruimte in de kamer en de huisjes zelf staan in een prachtige en goed verzorgde tuin en hebben goede privacy. Eten is goed en verzorgd. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.
