I booked a transfer from Bangkok to Koh Chang and from Koh Chang to Pattaya. Everything was on time and exactly as described. We had different drivers; on the way to Koh Chang, the driver was friendly and explained things in a mixed Thai and English voice, and we stopped twice. From Koh Chang, we had a different driver, and before we knew it, he'd missed every possible stop for a bite to eat and didn't even ask.
