Booked a private car to bring my family to Huang long and Jiuzhaigou hotel as we have 4 big luggages and 2 elderly. It’s a good service but driver kept rushing and the platform is just a middle man. The reason I am booking this service is because I have elderly hence I got a private car. If not, I would have go for shared transfer and have to stick to the time. Also, driver also try to push for buying of traditional herbs and medicine which we were told by hotel to not buy. Also driver gave bad attitude and did not drop us at our hotel. Good service but poor management and driver quality assurance. Platform collect 600rmb but driver gets only 500rmb. So I’m not if this is the way customers are treated quite dissatisfied.

Although it was only a short day, Jiuzhaigou's beauty truly needs no filter! There was a bit of mist when we entered the valley in the morning, but as soon as the sun came out, Five-Flower Lake looked like an overturned palette of colors, with gradients of blue and green, crystal clear to the bottom. We walked through Rize Valley and Zechawa Valley in one day, and although my legs were almost giving out, I highly recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing some snacks. We grabbed a quick lunch at Nuorilang Center. In short, this trip fulfilled my dream; Jiuzhaigou in autumn is absolutely breathtaking!

I arrived at the hotel safely and had to write a positive review. The day before departure, I was worried about not being able to contact me and was a little anxious, unsure what to do. Then I found out the customer service page said to contact them if I hadn't been reached by 10 AM. There are several customer service phone numbers and WeChat accounts I can contact directly, so I didn't have to worry about being stood up. Around 8 PM that evening, the driver for the next day called me to arrange the departure time and pick-up point, and we even added each other on WeChat for easy communication. Because it was a shared ride, the driver also had to pick up other passengers. One group was Thai, and they didn't speak the language, so it seems the driver and customer service added each other on WeChat and created a group chat. We set off together at the agreed time. When we arrived at Huanglong, he even took us to store our luggage and explained many precautions for high altitudes. Recently, there have been so many people, and our group was late coming down the mountain. The driver felt very apologetic and bought me a drink, kept apologizing, and told me a lot about local customs. Although we waited a while, I was completely touched by the driver's kindness; I felt a little embarrassed. In short, having a good driver when traveling saves a lot of trouble. I'll definitely recommend this company to my friends next time they come!
