The trip was really nice and Amy was a great guide. I feel the listing isn’t clear enough about time schedule, where to meet and the itinerary… I wish I had more information beforehand. Other than that great trip! I recommend climbing the stairs up to the wall.★

Guide Yang is fluent in both Chinese and English, has excellent business skills, and the vehicle is on time and in good condition. Guide Yang is very considerate of the tourists. Mutianyu is less crowded than Badaling, and the experience is better, but there are many people queuing for the slide on the east line, and there are no staff to maintain order. I personally recommend playing the west line, as the cable car turnover is fast.★

We booked the driver only experience to The Great Wall and Beijing Zoo. The driver was very capable, friendly and helpful. The booking experience using WhatsApp and WeChat was very good efficient and we had an excellent day out. The driver didn’t speak English so we used our translation facility on our respective smartphones and all went very well.★

The tour was booked through the local agent Leo’s Tours, with a local driver and our English-speaking guide, Lilia. The itinerary was to go to the Panda House first and then the Great Wall, but Lilia suggested we switch the itinerary due to the heat. It was a good choice. The car was very comfortable, with complimentary water and air conditioning. When we got to the Great Wall, the guide went off for tickets while we joined the cable car queue, saving us a lot of time. Once we arrived at the top, she took some great photos before leaving us to explore the wall. After exploring, we caught the sledge run down the mountain, which was great fun. Lilia suggested an excellent Chinese restaurant for lunch before attending a Tea House to enjoy the Tea Ceremony. Then back to the car, before heading to the Panda House. The panda’s were sleeping in the heat, but it was great to see them up close. A very enjoyable day, with excellent service. Highly recommend
